I've been getting my Audi serviced here since I purchased in 2021. I've tried calling the service line a few times, but always get the machine. I left a voicemail 2 weeks ago and no one called back. Not what I expected from a 'luxury' car dealer.

Two messages left on service voicemail Monday, one on Tuesday, never received a return call back. I'm a long time customer at this Audi dealership. Disappointed

So had a vehicle towed in due to not starting and having just replaced starter wire . They requested 800 upfront before even determining what the issue was . Then charged 2122 for the wire repair . However the vehicle now has no ac , a power steering pump leak issue and no radio . And no windshield wipers . And will not start back after 3 days . Was unable to dispute the check I wrote . But do plan to file small claims court.

Service rep was rude and wasn't willing to work with the schedule despite having schedule confirm on the site. Didn't expect this type of horrible service from Audi. I don't recommend this dealer service.

I began looking for a new car in February 2024 and had been reading about the Q5. I drove over to Audi Roanoke on Peters Creek Road in February and there was only one person at the dealership.........a man in the Maintenance Department who was on the telephone. I hung out for a while, walked the lot, came back in and he was still on the phone, so I left. I stopped back on May 29th and after 10 minutes of looking around, someone asked if I needed help. I said yes and he apologized saying all salespeople were "busy doing other things at the moment" but he would find someone for me. I waited another 10 minutes, but he never came back so I drove away. Today, my wife and I drove over to the Audi dealership, and I told her, "If we don't see a salesperson today, I am never coming back to this dealership again."
As fate would have it, an Audi employee walked over to the BMW dealership behind the Audi Dealership and found a young man who looked to be every bit of 12 years old. He said he was a salesman for BMW. I asked him if he had any Audi Hybrid's on the lot and he said, "I Think So." After scouring his mobile device which I presume had the Audi inventory, he politely said, "Sorry sir......we have no Hybrids on the lot. However, we can Geo-Locate one and have it shipped here if you want to buy it." I told him that I just wanted to test drive one and talk with someone who knows and understands the Hybrid Q models......to which he replied, "Sorry Sir."
In summary, if you are looking for a dealership that is concerned about quality customer care, wants to provide exceptional service and is knowledgeable of their automobile products, DO NOT COME TO THIS AUDI DEALERSHIP ON PETERS CREEK ROAD IN ROANOKE. They may want your business, but they are doing nothing to Earn it.

Made a reservation but still had to wait for 3.5 hours to get a simple service. They didn't even explain why it took so long. They overbooked and let the customers just wait. Do not buy a car here.
I am going to get a new car next year and obviously this will be my first place to avoid. I advise you the same. Avoid this place at all costs.

If you need help with an Audi previously purchased from Duncan before they sold to Parks….. go somewhere else. My phone and car play stopped connecting. I tried using the manual and even YouTube videos. The counter guy at the dealership had no earthly idea how to help. He said I’ll get someone, he turns his back to me, texts someone and doesn’t turn back to acknowledgement that someone would indeed be there. He resumes his computer work without any other customers in the room. 10 minutes passes and he finally turns around again. Said, “he’s in a meeting and would be there shortly.” I asked what did shortly mean, be said maybe 10-15 minutes, by this time I’d had it, I walked out and will never walk back in the place. It really took a lot of effort on his part to be so rude.

The level of professionalism is always high at this dealership. The service manager is very personable and knowledgeable. Craig takes his time explaining things in a way you can understand them. The service department is extremely detail oriented and I have never had a problem with their service. The video explaining what they checked and did is also a plus. I know my car is well taken care of. All-in-all 5 star service for sure!

After purchasing an SQ5 out of state, I can say that the service Bill provided was exceptional. Bill was quick to respond, respectful, and was incredibly straight up through the whole process. Bill also followed up after the sale which was appreciated. The whole process of buying the car was quick, painless, and I was in and out within an hour of arrival. Overall this dealer provided a great experience and a great vehicle.
