Driver arrived when I was told he would be here. I had just started down the road for a walk so I turned around. Driver was friendly and courteous. We had a good conversation while he was here.

It’s not AmeriGas anymore. What it is they don’t even have office hours locally and you get transferred to a call center out of country. The call center is so noisy you can’t even hear, yet alone understand what they are saying. They have a script to go by and offer no soulution. I had numerous appointments for a tank placement. They never showed after spending $300 to rent a trench digger and the time and labor to dig. Sent me 3 texts about the appointment scheduled and waiting all day for nobody to show. Now I have a big trench dug in my yard , no tank, no heat for my house. Go local, this company has become a joke. They need to change the name to non American gas.

Calling customer service is a joke. They are t in the US they’re in Milan. They are rude and place you on hold for extended periods of time without checking in. My bill went from $65 to $105 for no reason. Complete insanity. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

It took me awhile to get connected to our rep. I was new and the new phone service was not up to speed. Once I got with my local rep, Cecil, I feel secure. He will, I trust, be there when I have a concern or need service. Please do not take away the rep, agent, etc. It makes a customer feel safe and we secure. Thank you and have a safe day!

Looks like it's happening again. Yesterday they told me my propane would be delivered today, but I haven't heard anything else from them and when I checked the status of the delivery it just says "by January 4th", which is 4 days from now.

We are keep full. They let us run out when weather is at our coldest of the year. We called and were told that they would fill emergent. 5 days later they showed up without calling, left a note and did not fill the tank. Mind you we have never had to be home before.

I am 76 years old with a handicapped wife who was left in the cold without propane for 6 days and did not receive it for 13 days after I placed the order. You lied to me and told me it would be here, and it never arrived. Your customer service is terrible.

The prices are always higher than national average and higher than local competitors. If you sign a contract read the fine print. 99.00 to remove the tank you rent and 140.99 to remove any unused gas. I have had AmeriGas in previous house when they were locally owned businesses and was a satisfied customer. I highly recommend checking other local options before you commit to AmeriGas!! You pay for an install, removal, yearly tank rental and higher price to refill.

It would be great if we can to get to speak with our local Amerigas location, instead of have having our local number that we call getting rerouted to a call center in India, (you should say this is happening when we call). Where they are very difficult to understand.. I get the economics behind this decision but this a terrible customer service experience.. Not that the executive's really care about that!! This is moving me to take my business to a local gas supplier. With the price of gas at $4.49 per gallon I think we are certainly paying for good customer service.
