Got me in quickly, staff (front and back) were courteous and professional and Abby, the PA, was knowledgeable and quite helpful. They made my Sunday sick visit go as smoothly as it could.

Came in with a cough. Everyone was kind and helpful. If I ever need to get something checked... well... I'll probably stay tin lynchburg, as an hour drive to roanoke for that is a lot when I've got one near me. But jokes aside, if I lived in roanoke, they'd be the go to when coming down with something. They were prompt, kind, and helpful. 5 stars! Thanks everyone!

The staff were very friendly and professional. My visit was a requirement for my employer and there were a couple of issues that needed to be resolved. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to help me resolve those issues and got me in and out with everything I needed. I don't like going to "the doctors office" as a rule, but my experience on this day was a pleasant one.

This is by far my favorite urgent care to visit. As a POC I often find my complaints being dismissed or told it’s normal when in fact it’s not. I will say the front desk staff aren’t friendly unless you are there with young kids hence the reason not 5 stars. They will get rude with or convey messages rudely and if you respond back they talk about you like you can’t hear them. However, everyone in the back from the xray techs to drs that I have ever interacted with are super nice and they will listen to you. They always resolve my issues or get me referred to somewhere that can help me. Definitely still worth the visit despite front desk staff.

Went in there with severe leg pain. Was told by Latoya that I probably sprained my knee and I should not worry myself with the trouble of calling an orthopedist. Sent me on my way with a leg brace that was on inside out, and a good luck. Turns out I had a fractured femur. Will not be trusting the health of my family or myself to this place again.
