We have used Debra's services many times for our standard poodle and our cat without incident, until this time... We left 2 days ago Monday and were 100 miles away. She lives about 2 miles from us. She expressed concern about the weather on Sunday (1 day before the trip) and asked if I had a backup plan in case of snow. I didn't and I did not feel comfortable leaving a key with my neighbor or asking them to come to take care of my pets. I told her no, I did not. She made the first visit at 4. It did snow and she sent me a pictures of her car under snow and texts from her friends about the roads. Between 830 and 9pm, she told me she wouldn't make it. I asked when she would make it and she said she would have to shovel 2 streets in the morning. She added that if I had given the neighbor a key, it wouldn't have happened. She added that " if I wreck my car trying to get there, I could lose my buisness" making it my problem and my responsibility. So we had a friend drive to her house ( with absolutely no problem with the snow) to pick up the key. She was talking to him about not having insurance for snow? My pets were abandoned. In order to be a buisness owner and fulfil that commitment, that owner needs reliable transportation and a backup plan. This was 1-2 inches and certainly not considered an extreme weather emergency. Potential customers need to be aware of this incident for the safety of their pets.

I'm not a customer, but if I was.. I would surely choose Ace Pet Walkers because she looks like a very caring woman who loves her job and the happiness of the Animals that she cares for.

My wife and I love Deborah! When we travel we don't worry about our most valuable possession---our furry kitty getting to stay in our home. Deborah is very professional, reliable, trustworthy and caring. She has accommodated us several times on short notice. She is easy to contact and quick to respond if something is amiss or needs attention. You will have peace of mind with Deborah as your pet sitter because she is so much more. We would not want anyone else taking care of our kitty or our home. She is the best! :):):)

I had a fairly last minute trip and just moved to VA a few weeks prior and didn't know anyone. Other pet sitters ignored me, but Ace fit me in even though it was a couple weeks before Christmas. She even sent pictures and videos of my cats and guinea pigs Christmas day and her last scheduled day as well, which I absolutely loved. Would definitely recommend!

Looking for a great pet sitter last year for a 7 day vacation I came across Deborah. Leaving her with all my fur babies I was of course a little worried. But when I came home to happy healthy pets and a daily journal she had left on the table I knew she was a great pet sitter. This year I was able to fulfill a bucket list type vacation and once again called upon Deborah with great confidence. She again kept the fur babies fed and watered and loved. I left her them for 3 and 1/2 months and she went above and beyond. She did extras that most pet sitters won’t. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great pet sitting service.

Deborah is fabulous! I am a single pet mom who works odd hours, and my puppy has had a huge struggle with separation anxiety. Deborah is the only way I can manage my life! She's with my pup five days of every week and works around my schedule. She does absolutely what is best for my dog regardless of what it takes. She is trustworthy, stable, and above all great with my pup. You won't regret giving her a try.

Deborah Cormier, Ace Pet Watchers, is very reliable, trustworthy, attentive, tidy, personable and will do the extras in her work. She would even send me texts so I knew my pets were safe, happy and well taken care of. She has taken care of my pets for the past 8+ years. We highly recommend Deborah - she has been watching our cats for several years when we are away. She is really dependable, great with the cats, able & willing to give meds, wonderful at keeping an eye on the house as well. She is really observant and lets us know if anything is amiss with the cats or our house. We feel completely comfortable leaving our cats and our home in her care!

Deborah looked after our two dogs (Miko, 4 year old husky and Charlie, 4 year old Yorkie-terrier) for many months last year. She was extremely communicative throughout the week, especially when things came up and our normal schedule had to be adjusted. She also left a note each day which was a nice touch! Our dogs loved their walks with Deborah and we miss her! We recently relocated, but would highly recommend Ace Pet Watchers.

Deborah Cormier is one fabulous pet watcher!!! When I moved to Roanoke, I didn't know a soul. I just happened upon her online, and I am so thankful I did! She saved me on numerous occasions when I needed her on short notice. She stopped by and took care of my babies (one dog and three cats) numerous times a day when I've been out of town. I don't know what I would've done without her. I recently moved out of the area, and I wish I could've taken her with me! If you want someone who's reliable, hard-working, and honest, she's your woman!
