BEST movers and employees! They have moved our baby grand 3 times, and this week did a full house move. Could not be more pleased with the guys, their care and kindness. Josh and Curtis went out of their way to help with our changes, and treated my 85 year old mother with such respect and care. These are the best in all of Roanoke!

Ace Moving made my move totally stress free. It was a smooth process from first communication with Josh through delivery. They arrived and then delivered on time. They were very respectful, efficient, and accommodating. After setting up the furniture, they got with me to make sure it was placed where I wanted it. Also, the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Ace Moving to anyone needing this service.

Ace Moving and Storage saved the day for me. They unloaded my property from a PODS container facility in Roanoke, VA (PODS was going to deliver it to my house until they weren't) and delivered my things, including a multitude of pre-packed paintings, prints, drawings, and other artworks to my house about an hour and 45 minutes away in WV. The three-man team from Ace was courteous, careful, and conscientious. The men worked beautifully together to place my property inside my home. Ace was surpringly affordable, especially considering the hign quality of the service rendered. I would recommend Ace Moving and Storage for any move.

Movers were polite and efficient. Ace charged me about half the price of the other local movers and even took an hour off the time they were going to charge me for because the weather slowed the truck down. Great company!

I called Ace Moving last week for my daughter and was able to schedule a move on Saturday with Josh. He was so helpful and the guys(Marcus,Greg,andSallah) who moved everything were so efficient and polite and kind. Will definitely use their service again if needed.

This company made my out of state move so easy and pleasant. Josh was very easy to talk to you, and was very easy to get a hold when I had additional questions. He was even able to move my moving date back a day when I called him the day before I was supposed to move. I could not have asked for a better experience. Mikey, Greg and Corey were very fast, efficient and most of all punctual. I highly recommend this company for any type of moving needs. You won’t be disappointed.

Price was reasonable, although they have a 3 hour minimum which makes it a bit expensive for small moves. Move and movers were good enough, no issues and it went pretty quick. A bit messy in the truck, got some dirt/dust on my stuff.
I was told they could disconnect, but not connect, a washer and dryer. My movers had no tools and so I had to leave the washer and dryer behind. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

Movers damaged bed (broke into pieces) and tracked in dog poop throughout the apartment. Requested they clean it and the company ghosted me. Offered no compensation for the damaged bed. Would avoid using this company.

We were very happy with the service that we received with Ace Moving. Our moving team (Jeremy, Frankie, Frankie and Reed) were prompt, courteous, professional and hard working. We had some challenging navigation in our home for some heavy pieces of furniture, but they did not let that deter them from doing a great job. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

This was the BEST moving experience we've ever had! Prior to the move, they provided excellent communication regarding the price quote, then followed up three times prior to the day of the move to ensure we didn't have any additional questions or concerns. We had three gentlemen move us and they were on time, professional, efficient, and very careful with our belongings (especially my antiques and china dishware). We really could not have asked for a smoother or more painless moving experience. Not to mention they are so affordable! I'd recommend ACE to anyone looking for movers- best movers in the area, hands down!

Our 7th move but first time using a professional moving company. We needed entire house contents packed and moved into a storage unit. We researched before choosing Ace in Roanoke. Very happy! I found their employees to be honest and caring. They sent two to our house who literally itemized each piece of furniture and estimated number of boxes required for "stuff". This was entered into a software program in order to provide an estimate of square footage needed for storage unit. The guys gave me several tips to follow which made moving day so much easier! We agreed upon a strategy of preparation one day then loading into truck the next day.The first day a team of three wrapped furniture and packed all clothes, artwork, kicknacks, antiques, etc. I was impressed with their expertise and thorough job of wrapping. (They ran out of time and didn't quite complete all items but promised that tomorrow's team would take care of the unprotected items.)Although the "Loading Day" team were also professional, I felt they were a notch less knowledgeable than our "packing team". I did observe and catch a few potential mistakes such as an original oil painting being carried out to truck without having been wrapped. I asked that they please protect that and they immediately complied so no complaints. And I give credit to another who sought me out to confess that he had broken a piece of an intricate frame from an antique mirror while wrapping. It was quite fragile and he took care to wrap the piece and secure it inside the wrapped mirror. Again, no complaints as it can be easily repaired. Only one disaster on moving day. A wrapped ceramic sculpture was dropped and shattered. Ah well. My husband knocked over a lamp which shattered also. Accidents happen.Four months later we are now slowly removing our items from storage and into the new house. Now that we've emptied one unit and are halfway through the second, we have found a few minor damages but I still highly recommend Ace Moving and Storage.Our friends have horror stories of their various moves and we had a dream move compared to theirs! Plus, we feel Ace was priced reasonably compared to moving costs our friends had paid. So add affordability to my assessment of Good Quality.
