One of the few storage facilities to offer parking to large vehicles! I had to call around for HOURS to find parking for my commercial truck, I was so happy to find this place had a spot available. Not only did they have a spot- it's MORE THAN HALF the price of parking with the other guys! SOLD!!

Nobody works here. I rented a couple years ago and was very satisfied. We came to get a unit and the office is no longer open. A nice guy going into the building saw us looking at the door and let us know that around the first of the year they closed the office and someone comes by once a week to cleanup the trash and stuff. Guy said they were moving their business stuff out of there because noone is around to keep the riff raff off the property and said people had been using the bathroom in the hallways and stuff and all payments and stuff was done on the website or not at all. We will not rent from this company again. It cannot be safe without employees present and we use cash only.

Rented less than a month. Waste of time and effort.. I rent online and make payment via the web to find out there is no emoloyees at the place. I reluctantly moved my belongings in just to find out the place is not safe. There were two, what appeared to be homeless, drunk men in the section of the building where our storage unit was on a visit to get an item one evening. It took two days to get a return call from the "manager" which happens to be in an office in Norfolk. At that time we learned that there is only somebody there to check out the property only once or twice a week.

professional was main thing for me, however, my nephew had to use the bathroom and they said their bathroom was broken and began to say that they have foundation problems where the bldg is built.
