My pedicure was great however two things completely ruined my actual experience which was not the fault of the salon at all. But whoever decided to put a kids truck ride that beeps obnoxiously every five seconds even when it’s not in use and then continues to do so while kids are using it screaming and acting out of control right in front of the entrance is crazy. That and the fact that the tv is set on CNN and apparently can not be changed due to the owner both made being able to relax and enjoy my me time almost impossible. I truly hope that something can be done because the services were fantastic but getting my nails done is a treat for myself and those things truly interfered. Otherwise definitely recommend for great manis and pedis.

Horrible customer service. Walked in and was told they don't have time to fix my nail. Never have been told this in a nail salon no matter how busy it's been. Very ridiculous.

The customer service was great but the quality of my nails is terrible they are so thin and it caused them to chip, i haven't even had my nails done for a week

I got my nails done a full set. I waited about a hour for a spot . That’s okay super busy. Then it was my turn. One lady placed the tips on . Sent me to another chair that’s fine. The next ripped them all off . Put new ones on, then drilled or filled them down. I asked her to stop bc it was hurting so bad . She didn’t listen. My nails hurt the acrylics and after 2 weeks post I had to take them off bc the pain just grew with them growing out. I also never paid that much for French tips and I said short nails and they gave me mediums. I tbh idk if I’ll ever return it was my second time and the first was amazing . This time tho not so much.

Was charged $153 for a mani and pedi on myself and my daughter. Called and was quoted $20 for hers and $55 for mine and was blind sided when time to pay. Never again will I go to this place. My nails wasn't fully painted I asked for tips on 2 nails as my real nail was naturally Long enough and 2 were broken and the lady decided to cut them even after I didn't want that. I was upset but just let it go. I would rather go to top nails at crossroads as I have never been over charged or had any issues ever from them.

I’ve gone to this salon at least 5 or 6 times and honestly, I truly love it. Here’s the thing, don’t expect 5 star service on a busy day when you didn’t make an appointment. They will rush to get you done and skip important steps (this is why I deduct one star) BUT, I LOVE the artists. They are talented at what they do! and I have loved my nails every time I went. Pia and Young are both very friendly and laugh with me. There is always room to improve on cleanliness standards and professionalism. But overall, I am always pleased after leaving this salon. ♥️

Do not recommend! Horrible job! Where do I even begin! For starters the lady that did them was answering calls the whole time. Was talking to other workers instead of paying attention to what she was doing. that resulted of her cutting me not once but twice. I showed her the nail style and the color and I got something that my 6 year old can do better. the color was no where close and the shape was just hideous. the pain was splotchy and it was bubbles in it. also one of my nails has a freaking hair in it. my nails are very lopsided!! safe your money go elsewhere!!!

I went there yes to get a pedicure, the lady was nice it was a decent pedicure. I had a in grown on both big toes and she got them out which I didn’t need it wasn’t hurting me and they are not podiatrists and it is actually illegal in the state of Virginia to do so. I expresssed how I didn’t want them out it wasn’t causing me pain but she did it anyway. I now have an infection in my toe that is causing a lot of pain.
While I was sitting there after she paired my toe nails people can and say beside me to get a pedicure and the water wasn’t hot enough so the tech scooped the water out and placed it in my tub thank god I didn’t have my feet in there. But obviously there tools are not sanitary definitely filing a complaint!

Overall our nails look pretty. Colors & designs are nice. However, our nails look are square & i asked for square oval. Not enough attention was paid to underneath. Too much lacquer was left on our fingers. They didn’t manicure my daughter’s cuticles & put nails on top of dirt that you can see through the nail. Our nails look straight when our fingers are extended and crooked when not. They made fun of my weight & judged my daughter’s age of getting nails openly & laughing. That became very uncomfortable & I usually love hearing other languages. We had called before coming to make sure they had time for us & arrived on time, but they swept under my chair while I was sitting in it & mopped the salon. Conclusion: good painting skills, bad nail placement , attention to detail & unprofessional.

I recently went to tip to toe and had an appointment at 3:30 for a mani pedi.Got my pedi starting at 4 and it was lovely.My mani however- yikes!!! Finally left at 6:45 and they are tragic.Don't even know what to do. She didn't soak my hands, trim my cuticles, push the cuticles back, trim the yukky skin. Just got this crazy color and tips that are nothing like I wanted . At the end I left with dry hands and nails that look horrible - nail polish on my fingers and not at all the pattern I wanted!Services: Pedicure
