  We used Michael Shelton for 3-4 years for our tax preparation and invested some money through him. In the last few months we were clients of his, he became very unprofessional. He sent me emails and text messages that were rude and unprofessional. He was upset that I would not invest my 401K through him and that my husband's company would not use him as their financial advisor. After his rudeness, we went to a local, highly reputable company with a financial advisor and tax preparer who would not even take us as clients until we amended our taxes done by Shelton because that company stated our taxes were done incorrectly and Shelton gave us bad advice. We had to pay back the IRS taxes and pay to have our taxes amended. I do not recommend Michael Shelton nor any of his services as he is very unprofessional and unreliable and rude.

  So many of us go thru life focusing and giving our all, to our family and careers. I am no different. I’ve made the best decisions I know along the way, preparing my self for retirement one day. But am I ready? Are all my ducks in a row? While I’ve done all I think I can, Mike of 360 Financial, has opened my eyes to what other possibilities and needs I may have for my upcoming retirement. I encourage anyone reading this to give Mike or a staff member a call and see how 360 can improve your financial stability into retirement. They are courteous and professional.   Tax laws are never easy to navigate. For year’s mu family has been missing out on returns while I assumed I was getting the best “bang for my buck” with turbo-tax software. After 1 hour with the folks at 360, all that changed. My return is better, my small business is on track and planning for retirement has never made more sense. I wish I would have found them 10 years ago.

  I was referred to 360 Tax Solutions by Dave Ramsey. The employees are courteous, professional and knows what needs to be done. I worked with Janice Riggs on my taxes and she done a wonderful job with our taxes and showed us how we can save more money. I recommend this company to everyone.

  My husband and I have been customers of The Tax Man for years upon years. We cannot say enough kind things about them. Lisa started doing our yearly taxes after the previous owner passed away and she is a gem. She is very knowledgeable and a #1 top of the notch tax preparer. We found everyone who works at this business to be very kind, helpful and willing to assist you in any way they possibly can.

  Unfortunately, I employed this company to do my taxes. I had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment. The appointment went well. I requested to come back to sign my papers, which the preparer said was ok. There weren't many people working that day and one person actually left because no one was there to wait on him. It took them an hour to find my paperwork and get it ready for me to sign it. Also, when I was paying they try to charge me an extra $40.00. I told them when I called before they told me the price was $139.00. They reduce the price. I did not appreciate this attempt to rip me off and I will not be going back. 4/29/18 Update: I received a letter from the state asking for more documents. It appears from the letter that my tax information has been screwed up or my tax refund went to someone else: another reason not to use this place. I don't write reviews much, but I am very disappointed with this place, the handling of my documents and taxes, and I want to make sure people know what they are getting into when using this “business.”
