I've been going to 2nd Helpings for years and really recommend it for people who like thrifting. They have a really nice selection of clothes and furniture - you can get some really nice pieces for a great price. Plus, the proceeds go to helping those in need locally, which is a big pro to me as well. I highly recommend checking them out if you haven't!

Like the store overall....some prices are a little high.... and most staff very friendly....but today had an awful experience. Sign up that said new low price all puzzle and board games $1....yet was told I could not purchase at that price....asked another employee who said yes sign was correct and employee at register said I don't care I am not selling them to you for a dollar in a very hateful tone... so as long as she is at register I will not be shopping there. And I'm a regular customer and donater....not that losing one customer matters I'm sure....I will be telling others of my experience... if I walk in and she is there I will walk out..

Use to love coming here, so different than other thrift shops. Not anymore, it is very cluttered hard to find things, aisle are so small two people can't walk down the aisle. It's like they are closing the 460 store and bringing everything here. The furniture has 4-5 hundred dollar price tags on them and not that nice of furniture for that price. I'm hoping it will tidy up like the old store, miss those days
