Every black customer is greeted with a great big HELLO when they come in the door. I am here EVERYDAY and am NEVER greeted.

Great place in Ridgway to go get your gas or use Wi-Fi if you do not have regular cell phone service they have great food that can be cooked there for you little variety of everything they have a dining area inside if you have time to eat there and relax a bit the gas is always reasonable and you can't get cash off gas caused with a card with repetitive fuse and I've heard if you get cold sandwiches or milkshakes sodas etc not hot food you can use your EBT cards.

Went in to buy cigarettes. Only 4 people in line. I was next up and the manager, middle aged brunette ran over like it was a fire and 40 people were waiting. I asked for 4 packs and I wanted them rung up 2 packs then 2 packs. It’s never been a problem at this store before. She rudely said no I’m not doing 2and 2. Well from now on I will be going to the Exxon right beside of Sheetz. Uncalled for treatment. I was so disappointed. I had to give them at least one star

This Sheetz is way too busy to actually enjoy the visit. Had to wait to obtain fuel. Restrooms are filthy, out of paper towels & TP. Urinals plugged, maintenance trying to gain entry to work. Store was super busy and also dirty. Just a super busy Sheets along the interstate!

edit 11/5 since the last time I wrote this review there has been almost all new employees. Logan is such a good supervisor. Landon is a great addition too. Everytime I see Courtney she is working hard. They all are awesome and this sheetz is by far way superior to the other one I visit when I work in eden. Keep up the great work.I mostly come here at the evening hours so this review is about that. Everyone here is nice to me. They all work very hard. a few people such as aaron, ryan, and marion have exceeded expectations. When they ask how are you i feel like they actually want to know how I'm doing. im kind of picky when it comes to my food and all three will listen to my request and be happy to do it. Ryan though i dont even have to ask he remembers just how i like things. I come here often just because i feel like a valued customer.

Stopped on the way home from the beach, MTO coffee was out, bathroom was a disaster, the brew your own section of coffee was out of both creamer and sugar. Essentially the most inconvenient convenience store I've encountered. Avoid this Sheetz.
