The providers here are all hospital trained which brings their level of experience to a higher point than the average primary care provider. Something to think about when you are having a major medical event.

Why don't they ever answer the phone?? And if you leave a message, nobody gets back with you. I've never seen anything like this before!

This is a wonderful establishment. The employees are all so genuinely kind. They love their jobs and won't hesitate to tell you so. They got me in there, checked in, seen, and checked out in record time to boot. Love them... Never going anywhere else!

I have been going through a really hard time since the first week in March. My 85 ye old mom was airlifted to Carillon and had major surgery. She was ok and I noticed that she keep falling asleep. Her right foot was swollen and she couldn't breathe. Her Dr. Put in the hospital for 2 weeks. Anyway Dr Haq helped me so much, I have horrible anxiety and worries about her is very scary. Now Dr Haq is gone. I have a appointment with Dr Voorhees tomorrow morning and I hope she will continue helping me with my nerves. I have to take Xanax and that helps me cope. I have PTSD from years ago, please let this new Dr. help me. Sincerely Ava B.

Dr.Waters was great,id give him 5 stars all day.He had really helped me over a long term in many issues. Now that hes retired, the new Doc has no common sense and her explanations doesnt come close to making any sense. When i ask questions as to why she was not refilling a couple of my prescriptions anymore she was very confrontational. These prescriptions are not pain killers or any of that. She had told me these home concoctions that she had made up to try.Anyways after trying to understand her reasons that did not make any sense and realized she was never gonna admit she is wrong, she gave me a referral to see a urologist. She simply doesnt listen and had her mind made up before she met me...So now im looking for another doctor.Hope i can find another doc like Michael Waters,he was the best!the nurses there are great too but the older indian lady doctor has a chip on her shoulder.....UPDATE....Still no contact from anybody at Ridgeway family health. But wanted to add that this doctor said my blood pressure was elevated as 1 of the reasons she wasnt refilling my prescriptions..She didnt take the blood pressure herself, she went by the intake nurse, who took it in tbr middle of my forearm..my blood pressure was 138/88.....All my blood levels were normal as well.Even tbe referral they were suppised to give me has not been sent to me nor have i been contacted by any urologists...As stated below they said someone would be contacting me soon...Nobody has,in fact ive followed up 2 times to remind them...I am about to have to goto an urgent care doctor just to get refills on meds i have been taking since last october..I think thats extreme and puts my health at risk especially during a pandemic.Im really not a person to complain but i feel horrible changing my medicine routine after i was starting to feel great . Dr.Waters a graduate from Columbia University NY had tweaked my meds out over the course of 2 years and was progressively feeling better,bp going down, losing weight, gaining muscle(which is another concept that a 70 pound,70 + year old woman has..she knows more about than me,a 48 year old 370 pound man and a 35 year + experienced doctor who has seen me for over 2 years). So she tells me to boil lemons and paprika or some other home remedy)So my point being this super nurse, and new"witch doctor"has completely screwed me up...Again,Dr.waters was great and seen me at least every 2 months, now had to deal with this...I dont know who to contact yet,but as soon as i get back from URGENT CARE i am going to report the whole ordeal to whatever government agency needs to hear it,then they can decide.
