  Jennifer Oakley, the branch manager, was extremely helpful and kind as she helped us manage my elderly father's account. She is thoughtful and dedicated to helping her customers. She even went out of her way to hand deliver financial documents to my father. She is an asset to Carter Bank & Trust.

  They are good but need their good hours back for drive thru where they stayed open till 7pm!
