Gunter Nissan parts & Service are very Dishonest
telling us an expensive part was not returnable and it was. we called Greensboro Nissan gave them the part number and they told us 100% returnable. (Fact checked) to make sure they were paid they held our customers car until the entire bill was paid
total RIP OFF 4,789.50 vehicle was a Versa for a wire harness
we paid and picked up. I will add this from their response - they 100% did not tell me it was not returnable, second we never touched the part but we were charged anyway. then they tried to throw us under the Bus by calling the insurance company and telling them someone (us) botched a wire job previous on this same car. lol come to find out it was Gunters Automotive from a previous repair where they were suppose to replace the wire harness they never did and the customer had paperwork showing it was replaced and charged to them. FYI beware of these people. what comes around goes around.

I wish I knew the guys name in the service department that helped me. He was so friendly and helpful, not pushy, but at the same time pointing out issues with my vehicle that will need attention probably sooner than later. Certainly a great experience! Please thank your service department for me!

I had a axle replaced plus housing and bearings, had coolant leak and oil leak fixed on the same date. The job was completed on the time frame that was promised, very friendly and dedicated employees, I didn't have a way home, someone was provided to take me home, I picked the car up the following day. Get service.
