I was in town visiting my parents and my Jeep started overheating I called and Cameron answered the phone. I explained that I had to leave that day to be at work the following morning and he told me to bring it in. Cameron was awsome. He took my Jeep back immediately had Antonio the mechanic look at it they found the issue and had me back on the road in about an hour. Cameron was kind n understanding He absolutely went above and beyond. Customer service skills are excellent. Thank you Cameron!!

We bought a vehicle from Gunter, and a week later the engine began making noise. Gunter took responsibility for the vehicle, and found warranty details to cover the expenses to replace the parts in the engine that were making the noise. We are so happy with Gunter, their awesome team, and service department. We highly recommend Gunter Jeep Chrysler. If you are buying be sure to ask for Daquan aka Q to guide you in your purchase.

I recently purchased a vehicle through this dealership and the experience was very positive! From the sales team, to the finance team they were very attentive, patient, and went above and beyond. They took the time to assist me with aspects of the sale that were certainly not their responsibility. I would both purchase another vehicle here and recommend them to others.

I bought a jeep gladiator from Gunter. Q was an amazing salesman. The entire team from the financing to the service department are very kind, helpful and very personable. I highly suggest buying from this company.

Took my Ram 3500 dually in, because I had some jerking when I turn sharp and had some wear on front tires. After an hour of waiting the service rep informs me that they test drove the truck and looked it over a bit and noticed the jerking/wear. Tells me the draglink was welded and they would have to break the weld before they can tell if it was a front alignment issue or something else. I said okay. Then they said they was short handed that day so come back tomorrow and they would look it over and fix it. Cool deal. The draglink was welded under a recall a couple of years ago, so I had to call Mopar to deal with it, which I kept the service rep at Gunter updated the whole time. Finally, I got the recall work approved and the recall rep calls Gunter to tell them it was approved to do the service and the service rep tells her that they're not equipped to do the service. So I call Gunter to see if the recall rep was told right and the service rep told me that the service manager said they couldn't accommodate a 3500 dually. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Don't appreciate my time wasted.

Service dept, is a rip off. Needed front axle inserts done on my jeep. Was gonna charge me $800 just for labor. Called around everyone else was around $300 for labor. Total labor cost of job when done $318 at a shop in Martinsville. Saved me $500. Check around you can do better than this place.

Spent 11:30 am through 4:30 pm at the dealership with my husband and two children (6 and 2). Drove from Roanoke to look at specific vehicle after texting numbers with Leon previous days. Vehicle had wrong size tires on without proper lift kit, causing tires to rub and disrupt drive. Sat in the back of the vehicle for a test drive because salesman had to ride with. Sat in dealership until 1:30pm with no solution so loaded kids in car to leave and Josh came out to offering to put original tires back on vehicle. Loaded kids back out of car and waited another 3 hours and had credit run for financing only to find out there was an extra charge for $699 for ceramic coating. Asked for proof of application of coating and dealership was unable to provide. Was initially told 5 year warranty on coating, contract read 3. Left without any interaction from GM Travis Johnson, though he was on site. Make sure to allocate a day and for company not to be able to provide proof of ceramic coating application you will be charged for at $699.00 when purchasing used vehicle from here.

Took our Nissan Rogue in for the first oil change and tire rotation, they were very nice and went over everything with us. Then then gave us a complimentary car wash.

By far the worst service and nightmare of my life I would not recommend anyone to get a vehicle serviced here. Dropped my car off on May 18 was told a few days later I needed a motor ok fine it’s under warranty so they reached out to my warranty people and then I was told I would be receiving a new motor that my warranty representative was amazing called back a week later to check on my car the guy James whom I had been speaking with never came back from lunch he quit so I get a new Gunter service person Donnie seemed pretty straight forward at the start reached out to warranty ppl was told they would send a motor and they did unfortunately they sent a bad motor so another motor has to be sent which was received on June 22 according to Donnie my vehicle would be pulled in on Friday June 23 to begin repair checked on my vehicle on Friday afternoon and was told that I would be driving by Monday so instead of calling on Monday I stopped by and was told unfortunately I would not be getting my vehicle until maybe Tuesday but Wednesday at 11am at the latest something was just not adding up so my parents stopped by to speak with the mechanic to be told he just started working on my vehicle on Tuesday around 11 and it probably would not be ready until Thursday so a big run around from these guys when all I needed was the truth so I can plan my life accordingly being I had a beach trip with reservations planned for Wednesday June 28 to be advised by the service manager that he wouldn’t advised me to drive my car in a far distance with a motor being put in was never told that until today after I already told Donnie I had a beach trip planned out needless to say asked about them having a rental service and the service manager tells me they don’t have any rentals available and I would be better off going to enterprise or somewhere by far the worst service I have ever encountered in my life and I thought I was doing something right by going to a dealership, just not this one!

I recently went here after being called a few times in in the market for a dodge charger, I was assisted by reggy he was ok, and his finance manger whom I don’t remember the name. I have a 2012 Cadillac that I’m well aware I owe more on it then what it’s worth but in current condition Kelly blue book says my car is worth 6-8k I looked at a few cars then went inside without test driving anything they sat me down and I was looking to trade in my Cadillac the finance manager had reggy bring me a piece of paper that said my current car value is $784 and they where gonna give me 3k for it after I stated not to waste my time and I’d take nothing under 6k they wasted my time insulted me because they thought I was d*** enough to believe my car was worth $784 don’t go here they just want to rip you off
