Beginning of the delivery process was a bit rough with delays and notification errors. Customer service helped to sort things out and make the actual delivery go smoothly. Delivery guys were very friendly and made sure they handled the package with care and dropped it off where I wanted it. My recommendation to the company would be to reach out to customers when there are cancellations rather than the automated phone call that was confusing. Also, try to figure out what causes the false notifications of delivery attempts and delays.

*** FAIR WARNING***RXO was over a month late to install my appliances; The installer was not vetted, at all, and refused to install one of my appliances ("We usually just put Pelaton's together"). This was in November- Now in May, my dishwasher has a water leak due to incompetence of not tightening a hose. Management's lack of attention will affect the safety of your home long after they leave.

Zero stars should be an option. Worst customer service ever. Only ever get the same canned answers to any complaints and can't get through to corporate offices to file a complaint. They shield the board of directors from the issues so no one will know. First fridge was damaged when taken out of the box they said I would have in a couple days. Then they said they will order the replacement from Samsung. Neither of which are true. Samsung has to have confirmation of the returned item and then will issue a refund and you have to re-order. So I did that. Guess what, second delivery for today was cancelled with no communication. When I called to inquire they stated their was damage and are returning. So here we go again!! 2 weeks without a refrigerator and they could care less because they have no accountability. What kind of jack leg company gets the Samsung contract and damages everything? Shameful business practice.

Absolutely worst!! Had my delivery scheduled for yesterday and received text message that they are on the way and will be there within 30 minutes. Nobody came so I called and was informed my items were on the way back to facility because my addresses was wrong (which it wasn’t). For some reason they couldn’t call the driver to turn around. Rescheduled my delivery for tomorrow and I just got a call they can not deliver it tomorrow so now it will be additional 2 days wait. Stay away from this company.

Update: Finally got my delivery two weeks late. The drivers were polite and brought it into the house.In the future, I'll cancel any order that will be delivered by RXO. This was a mess and judging by the reviews they're not doing anything about it. I emailed the email address mentioned in the reply to my review. No response beyond auto replies.Original review:What an absolute nightmare!My delivery is over a week late. I called three days ago and was told a "hard hold" was put on my order because they missed the delivery. I can't reschedule because of the "hard hold". The rep "sent an email" to lift the "hard hold". (Why is a hold that prevents rescheduling even put on an order like this? They missed the delivery, not me.) I was told I'd hear something within two days.Surprise! I didn't. So, I called today. The "hard hold" is still on the order. I can't get any information about it. They won't tell me where my delivery is. They won't tell when the hard hold will be lifted. They won't tell me when my order will be delivered.I called XPO. They have no information. I tried to contact the manufacturer of my goods and they can't help. I contacted Amazon and they going to escalate it, but who knows what that means.Absolute disaster of customer service. If you are going to buy something and it's going to be delivered by this company, cancel the order. You won't get it anyways

RXO was supposed to deliver my new refrigerator. I received an email to confirm delivery day and I also called the company that morning to confirm delivery date and time. However, they canceled my delivery without notifying me (I had to call to see where they are). They also did not contact me to inform me that my delivery was canceled at all. When I called they said the truck was broken down. They could not tell me when the truck broken down in the 2 hours I had last spoke to them. They said they had other trucks but no drivers and could not deliver today or anytime this week. Seeing other reviews this seems to be a common theme. They are happy to reschedule me though a week later on a day I am working. No one seems to care or try to help you. I hope this place goes out of business.

The worst shipping and customer service I have ever dealt with. I was assured my refrigerator would be delivered Wednesday. They claim they cannot deliver my order because all items are not at the hub. The seller confirmed all items are at the hub. Then I get an email that you delivered two items. But customer service says they are awaiting the same two items before they can deliver because all items must be delivered together. I have been repeatedly promised the issue was escalated and that someone will call back shortly. three days and no one has called.

Horrible experience so far with absolutely no communication. On the first day my item was supposed to be delivered, I had to call to ask for an update 2 hours after my item was supposed to be delivered. They promised me it would be delivered by the end of the day. 3 hours later, I called again to request and update and they then informed me that they had to reschedule my delivery. It is now the date of said delivery and they cancelled my order with no communication. Additionally they use a 3rd party service that handles customer service which is of absolutely no help and they obviously do not communicate with one another. Extremely frustrated to waste another morning on the phone to figure out where my item is and why they cancelled my appointment.

I originally gave them one star because of what happened yesterday (see below) but I called the company directly and they prioritized my delivery for today. The drivers showed up on time and delivered the item so the issue is resolved. As usual, companies do themselves a disfavor by farming out their customer assistance but that's for a different post. (original post) I had a delivery scheduled for today. I called up and got the robo voice saying it could come on Thursday or Friday. Called customer service with zero people in line ahead of me and now I'm hold listening to music. Just like almost everyone else who has left a review here. Since I live close by, I'll stop over at their HQ and see what the problem is. Unfortunately, we can't choose who ships our stuff, but, we can file complaints with the Better Business and Virginia's attorney general and that's what I will be doing.

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a Peloton with a delivery date that was selected from the availability they provided online. I stayed home from the office to accept the deliver and after my 3 hour window closed and there was no delivery, I call for a status update. At that time they say they did not schedule my stop for the route and they needed to reschedule and the closest date was almost two weeks away. I asked them what time they would be there so I could work around my work schedule and they refused to give me a rough estimate for when the delivery would happen. I asked the customer service to speak to a manager see if there was any way he could do an override for a quicker delivery and the service rep said there were no managers available to speak.

Incompetent, no problem solving skills, rude (the driver who called to say there an hour and a half before my window started and I better be there or I was going to have to reschedule). One of their installers literally threw a tantrum like a toddler in my home. Took pictures in my home without permission Unfortunately they have no consequences because they contract with larger corporations, I for one will be canceling any order I see is being delivered by XPO.Updated: So I had no choice because they are the only company Lowes uses. Thought I’d be ok with just a drop off and no install. Nope! Delivery people left with a huge dent in my brand new appliance.

Terrible terrible customer service. Does not contact you before delivery - no offer of resolution. Rude, accusatory and untruthful. Never have I ever been treated so disrespectfully. Many similar complaints on BBB.

XPO Logisitics did not follow their own process. Arrived 4 hours early with NO pre-arrival phone call. When I could not accept the delivery early they left with the product and have stolen it. They marked it as delivered. Lowe's will not refund me and I do not have the appliance. XPO Logisitics does. Horrible service and truly a reflection of LOWE's as well. I understand why Lowe's is hurting when they use business such as XPO to deliver their product.
