A Comcast repairman came out to service our neighbor. Instead on using their driveway (like he did to get to their house..) he decided to drive through our yard.... He got stuck and had to be towed out ... needless to say our yard has been messed up. I have everything on video. I have tried multiple times to speak to a manager but they have yet to reach out to me. It is not acceptable to have an employee who represents your company destroy someone's property.

BEWARE of purchasing iPads and Smart Watches from Xfinity. I learned the hard and expensive way. They offer rebates that make them sound like a good deal, but they don't tell you about a $10 per month "line fee". It adds $240 to your 2 year purchase that makes the total price of the iPad or SmartWatch a high retail price. I consider this to be a very deceptive and dishonest marketing scheme. The "line fee" doesn't give you any benefits and you can only cancel it without losing the promotion after you pay off your item. Shame on Xfinity!!!!

Usually reviews for Comcast/Xfinity are bad, and with good reason. My experience today with this location and staff was outstanding and should be recognized in light of Xfinity's normal haphazard way of doing things. I was waaay early for my appointment to return an unused flex box. They checked me in and a staff quickly took my item and processed the return, making sure to credit my account and ensure the service reflected accurately what I wanted/needed. My only complaint is the huge disaster of parking and access to the store, made worse by all the little shops and poorly designed parking/access streets. As Christmas season comes along this will be a hell-hole of a shopping area that is probably best avoided.

Signed up for Xfinity cable, mobile & internet for 2yrs & I asked at the time, what if I move? The operator said, no problem, I would not be charged for the remaining part of the 2yrs nor would there be cancellation fee.So I moved & since Xfinity had my credit card on file, they charged me a $90 cancellation fee. I plead my case here and to Xfinity headquarters in PA to no avail. They insisted I needed what the operator said in writing. I did have a copy from the Xfinity chat-line on their website but they would not accept that.But, this was no surprise since Xfinity has always had the lowest customer service possible. But I see this as the lowest of lows.The lesson here is don't take what the operators say as truth.

Absolutely terrible experience here, I came her after trying to transfer my account to my ex for months. Once I arrive, I was told to wait for a sales person. Once I was with a sales person I was cut off while speaking and talked over repeatedly, she then told me everything was fine and my ex just need to log in. This was not true, I came back later in the day to ask for help again, I was put with another associate who kept claiming they can’t do anything for me, he just waited for me to leave. The manager made no effort to assist either, here I am the next day and after calling customer service my issue is still not resolved. Every associate I speak to tells me something different, absolutely useless customer service and store. If this issue is not resolved within 7 days I may look to take legal action. Do not come here or to this company, I would rather not have internet then have Comcast.

Love, love Tray! He is the best! It was my THIRD trip out to Xfinity store, way out in the boonies, and I was not doa c and beginning to regret making change from Verizon. Tray made it all okay, so patient, kind and smart! He worked with me over 3 hours - so adored him, I went and bought and delivered lunch. I am a loyal customer, when treated fairly, over 30 years with Verizon- hoping Xfinity treats me right so able to stay with for 30!I will say, with exception of Shay, greeting crew not good, do not have social skills, and do not understand how to set priorities- on 3rd trip, out, same issues bc of computer stuff at Xfinity, computer crashes etc., guests should be moved ahead, and not wait again in painfully slow line. Too many people, including Managers, standing around, seemingly doing nothing, yet claim bc “commissions,” not able to help, or claiming only “taking in returned equipment,” not cool! If Xfinity has so many returns of equipment that require a full time person, HMMMMM - do I need to rethink my decision? Hope not!

I had a very good experience with Abanoud when I opened my account the other day. He was helpful and patient when setting everything up for my new apartment in Sept.Surprisingly, the complicated visit was very pleasant and above my expectations!

I visited the store on 08/23/2023. Arrived about 11am, The host took my name and asked whether I was there for cable or phone. Phone I said. My wife and I went to the Mobil phone area as the seats at the front have no arms to get up. We waited about 40 minutes to see an agent. In that time at least 7 customers were waited on in the phone area. When I walked up to the front and asked when will we see someone they told me they called and no one answered. Long story short 4 more customers were waited on after asking. We left the store about 11:55. No said a word to us on the way out. My wife and I have been customers for over 35 years.JC Sikes

Went there just to turn in equipment and cancel service. In 40+ years of being a customer, prices have increased and service declined. Not supporting their monopoly any longer.

Had to drive all the way out here and I had to get on the waiting list even though I just wanted to pick up my cable box. Also, there was an inappropriate game show with adult content on the TV while there were small children in the store.

The store was organized and the staff was friendly. The only down size is that they've gone 'paperless' and I couldn't get a print out of my new contract; hence the 4 stars.

Worst customer care, very unprofessional employee, a lady was so rude, one of the unprofessional location.one of the worst care I have been facing since I recently moved to X Finity mobile from T-Mobile. I’m specific to recommend you. Please do not trust these Xfinity! A black lady has a rude attitude and first customer care services provided to me. I am really disappointed and please MANAGER take action on that lady because that lady will definitely lose customers.

Oh my gosh, I can't even tell you how impressed I was by my technician today at the Xfinity store! Shaylin is an incredibly knowledgeable & amazing young lady, and made things so easy for me. I went in to buy some Xfi pods, and found out that my Gateway box was outdated so came home with the new device, as well as $20 off of my Xfinity bill after looking at my account. We had our home phone taken off that account because we have never used it for the most part, as we all have cell phones, so that is no longer on our bill. Shaye is an absolute asset to thar store!!
