I can’t recommend this location enough. DaQuan was such an excellent customer service rep. I’d been having issues with dropped calls and he resolved it immediately. I had spent time on the phone twice with Customer Service and the issue wasn’t resolved. It had been extremely frustrating. DaQuan was far more knowledgeable than anyone I dealt with on the phone. He was polite and patient and I highly recommend him and this Xfinity location. Well done!

If I could rate it a 10 /5 stars ,I would! Exceptional quality ! The customer service lady, (Queen) who assisted me when I called in, was just amazing and so patient. She really helped us SOLVE the issue without having to pay an extra $100 for a service tech to come out and install the internet, but she did so with so much patience that I had to leave her a review and commend her for that! Who ever hired this lady did a wonderful job. She explained to me what I was doing wrong and waited in the phone with me until I figured it out! So, I know I was transfers to the call center, but still: Queen, if you’re reading this, thank you for all your help, hard work, troubleshooting and most of all, your patience.

Had called to cancel my service and... Xfinity didn't. Despite getting a confirmation email for the date I told the phone rep, my service was still active the next day. Came here and Dylan was super helpful! He told me they had set my cancellation date weeks ahead, but he fixed it and had me with a confirmation of cancellation in hand in all of 30 seconds. Giving four stars because I wish I hadn't needed to come in the first place, but I appreciate Dylan making it a such an easy and quick process.

I had a router from them for a grand total of two days. Never set it up. Ended up having to remain at my previous address that is not services by Xfinity due to circumstances out of my control and I returned the router immediately.The store clerk told me that the company has a 30 day money back guarantee and that my money would be refunded and my service would be canceled. I even have the receipt to show it.Well, so that was a lie because they are STILL charging me $50 a month for internet service at an address that I do not live at and for equipment that I do not own. Oh, and the icing on the cake is that the service I got was advertised as $30 a month. After all the stupid hidden fees, I'm actually paying $50.If Xfinity didn't have a monopoly on so many localities they would have bankrupted decades ago. Everyone I know who has Comcast has a horror story involving them and it sounds like mine is just starting. Wish me luck.Edit: The robot answer does not instill very much confidence. I am not speaking with an AI tech support program or a call center from overseas. I want to speak with a real life person in store.

The only thing I hate worse than going into these kinds of stores is trying to call and talk to a human, after failing to find answers online.I just happened to be right next door, so I decided to drop in.The store is clean and bright and it appeared to be staffed comfortably enough to handle the need.I only had to wait about 3 minutes before a super friendly associate came to assist me.DeShon is the perfect fit for his role. Here's me, 66 and a tad behind the curve ball on all this cable/internet/speed stuff. Not once did I notice even a subconscious eye roll-on DeShon's part as I asked old people questions. He was patient and gave me answers that I understood. He didn't push anything on me or try to up-sell what I already had. He offered easy, clear-cut options.I walked out with a narrowed down vision of how I wanted to proceed.Xfinity is fortunate to have the face of DeShon representing their brand! I think he deserves a big fat raise. ? Go check out other like stores and you might see why I have such praise for this young man. Top notch, 5 stars!

Came in today to drop off my equipment due to canceling my service since I moved. Two beautiful, young ladies helped me and it was a pleasure talking with them while they took care of me. Thank you for your friendly customer service. God bless!

I went in today to get assistance in setting up my xfinity mobile. Two workers were helping one person, one other was helping someone. Waited ten minutes with not even a hello, like I was invincible. I hope I didn't make a bad decision switching from Verizon.

I went in to change my address and as soon as you walk in everyone says hello and ask you in what they can help you with. Mick was the person who helped me with my problem he was very patient with me and was very helpful as well I would recommend coming here.

Had a great experience with Xfinity/ Comcast the Midlothian Store in VA. Quan at the Midlothian Store (Chesterfield, VA) help me with my Comcast needs. After trying to get help from the automated system that kept hang up on me. Quan, thank you for your help and placing a smile on my face. Hope and faith was not lost.
