Lines and clueless employees. Had a problem with my remotes , Tech came out after I was advised to bring my DVR to store. The tech that came to my house from Xfinity was excellent and knowledgeable. Store was a waste of time.

Katie helped me get my Xfinity account sorted out! She was wonderful to work with and made the whole process super easy! She solved all the problems with my account and we were out of the store in under 30 minutes!

Honestly one of the worst experiences I have had. My mom and I have been customers for years and finally convinced the rest of my family to make the switch. We had things ordered wrong, orders not go through that lead to missing out on promotions, overall not a good experience and we are now considering switching back to our original provider. Daniel was somewhat the only helpful individual in there. I am very disappointed with how everything went down and will no longer be suggesting people to switch to xfinity.

Quan is the best! We upgraded to a new phone, but text messages would not work. We went to another xfinity store to troubleshoot…no resolve. Head to Apple to see if it’s the phone….nope. Call xfinity and were told it’s Apple. Needless to say it was a month of run around. We were in the Midlothian area and stopped in. Quan problem solved with us until the matter was fixed! We couldn’t be more thankful as he was patient, thought outside the box and wasn’t going to let us leave without resolve!

If you have to go, ask for Quan. If he's not working, ask when he will be working next and come back then. Dude fixed our issues, juggled at least 3 other customers at the same time and put on a movie on the big TV for my kids during our wait. Whatever Xfinity is paying him isn't enough. My 5 star rating is for him, alone.

La La is an excellent representation of what customer service should be! I have had a terrible experience with customer service on the phone and will never deal with them again however walking in and meeting La La has renewed my faith in your company. She was dealing with a lot when I arrived and still found a way to handle my needs in the most professional and personal way. You have a rich start in her and she should be noticed for that.

The person that helped me was extremely thorough, professional, helpful and kind. Bravo! This is what customer service should be.
The only problem is the cost of cable. In the last 4 months, my bill has gone about $40... for bare bones cable! And the service is horrible. Internet drops out frequently. Cable can take 10-20 seconds to respond to the remote. Etc. Etc.
I'm looking in to other streaming service.
