UPS ...Utterly Poor Service They list 3 of my packages. The items were worth a total of $1,000. No one knows where they are. In Richmond Va. UPS, they say.

I have tried to speak with a human at UPS for several hours now. No such luck. If I could give UPS negative starts I would.
