“I’m a PB instructor in Maryland and was in RVA this weekend visiting family. I realized this studio was 15 mins from where I was staying so decided I’d try to take a class. I reached out to them a bit last minute and they were so helpful and welcoming and were able to get me into a class. The desk staff and instructor were all wonderful, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and the class was awesome! Thank you for a great experience!”

“I bought the most perfect blue dress and shoes super last minute for a wedding and they were perfect! The sales associate was extremely helpful. The first dress she picked out was the one! It fit so perfectly that I didn’t need alterations. Everyone complimented my shoes as well. The prices were incredible! I got my shoes and dress for about $100 due to their current sales. Awesome value! I will definitely shop here again next time I need an elegant dress for an incredible price. Easiest shopping experience I have ever had!”

“I recently visited the Short Pump Chico's store on June 6, 2024 with two friends and was greeted warmly by two wonderful ladies, Pat and Shirelle. This experience stood out as exemplary, especially in comparison to a previous visit at the Chico’s in Naples, Florida.

Out of all the Chico’s stores I have visited (Florida, Virginia, North Carolina, California, Utah, and Georgia), the Short Pump store stands out as my favorite. This is entirely due to the outstanding customer service provided by Pat and Shirelle.

“Was visiting a friend in Richmond and stopped in to do some shopping for my girls. From the moment I walked in to the checkout process was awesome. The young lady that helped me said if there were any issues they'd work them out, and they are true to their word. My wife wanted a different size, they asked me to mail it back in since we don't live there. They got back with me the day the dress arrived and offered plenty of other options. If I'm ever back in the area you can bet this will be one of our stops!”

“This store is organized, friendly employees, and very nice manager, Mirah (I think is her name). Good clothing selections. I will update this rating to 5 stars when they reopen their dressing rooms. We were informed that their dressing rooms are no longer open which I believe may have to do with internal controls for preventing theft which unfortunately impedes on honest customers ability to try on items before they purchase so they don't have to return them. Having fitting rooms is a level of customer service that should be extended to customers but I also understand why they closed theirs for loss prevention matters but it is an inconvenience for good customers. Again, nice store, nice staff. Good music & atmosphere.”

“What a wonderful dress shop!!! Went in looking for a prom dress for my daughter this past Saturday. The staff were so polite and attentive. We were greeted immediately and asked about the style she wanted, which was nice because of lot of other shops don’t ask that anymore. My daughter is usually pretty overwhelmed with dress shopping, but the staff were very attentive and made it a fun experience. My daughter found her dress on the first try!! She tried on another one just to see, but we knew it was the first dress. Just a wonderful experience all around. Would recommend this shop for anyone looking for a great quality dress, great price and personable experience.”
