We purchased the pre-cooked Thanksgiving dinner, consisting of green beans, mashed potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, and a turkey breast. We followed the instructions for reheating to the letter. After being in the oven for close to an hour, the turkey breast registered at 108°. Reheating instructions say turkey breast must be reheated to 165°. In addition, the turkey gravy has so much cornstarch in it, it looks like Jell-O. The green beans and mashed potatoes are passable but I would think twice before you spend $90 on food like this from Whole Foods.Very disappointed as we did not rush eating that clearly undercooked Turkey- that was already supposed to be pre-cooked. Clearly it was not.

Yesterday I purchased a case of smooth kale. I kept the crate outdoors because it was a cold night. This morning, I opened the crateand many of the leaves were yellow. I called the market and was told that all sales are final. I suggest that you shop with caution when purchasing cases of vegetables. However , I will not be purchasing from this place again.

I shop here at least once a week. The staff is lovely. The products are great, but I do agree that sometimes I do want to buy something recognizable - Al Fresco, Aidell's, D'Artagnan - Whole Foods has their own brands (many are local) and I love that - but sometimes you just know what you want and a 365 brand isn't it. Also, Whole Foods tends to be pricey. That said, I am willing to spend the extra money for the nicer experiences. The produce in Whole Foods is always fresher than Farm Fresh.

Every time I stop in I head to bakery area to look for a container of their delicious biscuits. Sadly I probably only find them about every fourth time I'm there. Which is probably a good thing because... They are delicious! I generally, shop at Lidl, but use whole foods Amazon returns and look forward to heading in to get some of their more interesting veggies or something from the bakery or food bar. It's a good experience every time I've stopped in. But too expensive for me to make it my main grocery store.

1 checkout register open on a Wednesday rush hour. 6 PM no prepared food available. I assumed they did dinner but I guess it is just lunch.

The hot food bar and salad bar are inedible by 1:30 pm. They allow the food to stay out and become stale and unappetizing. I understand that they don't want to throw away food, but why are late-arriving customers any less deserving than early birds of good-tasting food, especially at such a high price point?

Excellent produce and products I even found some things I did not even know they carried! Very very impressed with the selection and the quality. We need one on my side of town so I don’t have to go on the other side. I live in the southside and this is located in the West End across the river, but still worth the drive. It would just be more convenient to have one on the side of the river to.

I was there to complete my Amazon return (since Whole Foods stores now one of the options as a parcel drop off point for AMZ) but decided to take something to eat for dinner and sit out by the Whole Foods and enjoy my meal and the nice day.Firstly, I have not visited Whole Foods in a long while (perhaps about 2 years or so) and I must admit: there have been some notable/interesting changes! One of the notable ones: Amazon prime members get significant discounts on select products. (A few ways to verify your membership.) However, the general product pricing as was — still is — significantly higher (here I’m comparing the percentage wise difference, of course) than average.I went with the ‘chefs plate’ for dinner adding to my box chicken (cooked in 2 different ways), sweet potatoes, and a little bit of some Italian dish (w sausage) that I was curious to try. The meal was 8/10 which certainly is not too bad.Staff is generally very welcoming and ready to help the customers. This makes the store certainly a pleasant place to be and helps it live up to its elevated pricing range.Lastly, a minorly disappointing inconvenience was — dysfunctional outlets in the outside sitting area made my experience slightly less pleasant as I was planning to stay out for a little longer and enjoy my meal whilst playing chess on my laptop. None of the outlets were fitting size-wise to my (standard size) laptop charger. A few customers tried to help me noticing my unsuccessful attempts to connect the plugs, but they too had no luck to their greatest surprise. This last point combined with the (partially unjustified) elevated pricing led me to give 4 stars to Whole Foods.

Not my favorite to go grocery shopping at for the week and don't care for their cafe food, but they do have an outdoor lounge upstairs that has worked great for a day of light work. It's covered so you can have shade. Multiple TVs and plenty of seating.

In a nutshell: it’s a Whole Foods and it’s not Short Pump but it’s no Ellwood. This is where I shop for groceries most of the time. The Amazon return box is gold. Meat section is quite decent. But the cheese guy didn’t really know what to recommend when I asked for a good breakfast cheese and the avocado in our sushi the other day was so unripe a fork could barely penetrate it.

This has to be the worst time I could have gone. Other times I have gone, the service is great and helpful, items well stocked and different options than I can find anywhere else. However, I visited on Tuesday, I was looking for something small but to no avail. I had to use the restroom, though, and it was just terrible. It was close to closing, so I would figure that there would be minor messes to clean... but there was a ton of wet toilet paper in one of the toilets, and as I was leaving, I saw a dead roach... NOW I get it--bugs are EVERYWHERE even in a grocery store but I didn't think I'd have to actively see it...

Violent stomach cramps, nausea, diarrheaThree went into Whole Foods on 5/31... Two bought overpriced and apparently stale food from the salad bar... One (the guy who didn't partake) was left standing. Literally. The other two ended up curled up on the floor with violent stomach cramps

Always enjoy a visit to Whole Foods. None where I live, so I definitely enjoy the opportunity to visit a location while traveling. Always clean, well stocked, and well organized. Layout seems to differ between locations but almost always the same selection.
