Blair in the service department is phenomenal. Her communication during my repair was flawless and her customer care is the best of the best. Adam and Ashley were also very helpful answering questions and getting me in quickly.

My experience was great! I knew what I was looking for and Jim (salesman) was not pushy at all. The dealership met me in the middle for my trade. He showed me 3 different vehicles that I was interested in. They were short staffed but he did his best to make sure I was taken care of. Go see Jim!

When I bought a car that had issues the service department could not resolve, they were quick to put me in another car with an aggressive trade, employee pricing and promotional financing. They worked aggressively to gain and keep my business.

I purchased my Jeep wrangler from them back in 2014 and then moved to a different area (that Jeep dealership was horrible). I moved back to Richmond and came back to Whitten Bros... they still had my file from all those years ago, don't push unnecessary repairs, are timely, and fair. I would highly recommend Whitten Brothers! When it comes time to trade in this jeep for another, I will absolutely be going back to WB!

I am new to the area and I could not be more pleased with my experience at Whitten Jeep. I stopped by for an oil change one day, and to get some information about a few other minor repairs for my Grand Cherokee. Tracey Boone greeted me promptly and was so helpful! She let me know it would be a little wait for the oil change, but gave me prices for everything else I needed done. She also looked up my vin number and saw that one of the repairs would be covered by Jeep. When they identified another issue with the car, she was very honest about what my priority should be for getting things fixed first. Since I have no friends or family here she made sure to get me and Uber to and from work. And even checked on me to make sure I made it home safely. Unfortunately a lot of mechanics will take advantage of people especially women.. but Tracey went above and beyond to be helpful and I seriously trust her expertise. I will definitely go back for any work I need down in the future. My experience was top

2nd truck I have bought from Whitten and pretty disappointed. Salesperson communication was just fine via text through the buying process (buy how you want to buy, they say). However questions I had regarding accessories went unanswered in the weeks after I took possession of the vehicle. Took an email to the sales manager to get a response. Ordered some accessories that I was told had arrived, but when I went to pick them up the parts department has no record of them being ordered, and of course the salesperson is on vacation. The truck interior was dirty when i received it, chalk marker marks very noticeable on rear of vehicle, and residue from the window sticker prevented the drivers window from going all the was down. The service department took care of that issue and cleaned the vehicle. They were easy and pleasant to work with and that has been the bright spot of this purchase. Overall this hasn’t been a great experience and I doubt I will be purchasing a 3rd truck from Whitten.

I needed my damaged instrument cluster in my vehicle replaced. An appointment was set and a new cluster was installed with no issues. No more eye sores when looking at the speedometer. Great service.
