If you can, find any other company to work. The most deceitful company and rudest people I've had the displeasure of dealing with for the past 4 years. It has been awful since day 1 working with the staff of West Home Healthcare on Dabney Rd. Impossible to get in touch with and you never get the same answer when you talk to someone. I've had two orders delivered with supplies I asked not be sent without telling me the cost. The first time the manager was kind enough to intervene and informed me they could easily check the system. However, the same thing happened again within almost a month where I asked for supplies not to be shipped and told by the supply department they couldn't check the cost. Couldn't get ahold of anyone, then the only window I was given was to return the supplies in person during work hours, by the time I could return the supplies it was too late and I'd had them too long. After multiple failed attempts to get in touch with someone I finally heard back in October where I was told they would call me back. When no one called, I reached back out again in January just to be informed that the bill was sent to a collections agency in July, who mind you, also never contacted me by phone or email.Leading up to this, I had someone demonstrate how to use my mask during the height of the pandemic. Really fantastic for a respiratory machine. On a few occasions they got the size of the equipment wrong on my order. The most infuriating is calling to talk to someone and being transferred/misrouted to 5 different people before getting the correct department. Again, only to be told conflicting information when you call back later.

Service is horrible. Initially they lost the prescription for the CPAP machine. Recently, the doctor contacted them to change the mask model. She also suggested I follow up with a call to see if the change had been made. I was told I could make the change when it was time to reorder supplies. Received the email for rapid reorder, old model was listed for renewal, and there was no place to make the change. Richmond VA area would benefit greatly if another supplier was available.

I just wanted to say omg it was a great pleasure meeting one of employees his name is Mr.V my family was really pleased with his performance, helpfulness, kind understanding, caring he going way above his job to make my mom more comfortable and having patience with dealing with her and taking out the time explaining what is the best way to help her used you all equipment..he was outstanding because my mom is a person that truly don't have alot of patience .So I just wanted to say thank you for having a wonderful person representing your company...

Great customer service. Had a problem last weekend...my wife's oxygen concentrator died. Called after hours support and the driver, Ernest delivered one on Sunday morning at the exact time I requested. They have always been very helpful on the phone as well.

Awful service!!! They lack consideration and accountability. It's extremely difficult to reach customer support and when you finally do its absolutely terrible!

Horrible time getting someone answer the phone. When I finally got someone answer the phone they told me to use option two which immediately goes to voicemail.. Voicemail is always full. This is my first time working with this company and I'm not impressed with the poor service.

Donnell is wonderful with an old crone who can't see or hear well. He talked kindly and clearly enough that I could hear and understand. He's patient and thoughtful - my cat rubbed against his leg and approved, and that's a top rating as she usually runs and hides from our rare visitors. I'm deeply grateful to both of you for your efficient and caring help.

Trying to set up an appointment to even be fitted for a cpap per doctor's orders and everytime I call it goes straight to voice-mail and then says the voice-mail is full so I can't leave a message for a call back.

Not real happy to call numerous times with no answer. Mail box is full so I can’t leave a message. I then called FarmVille office and left a voicemail there, but have yet to receive a return call. Very disappointed but have to say not surprised. Didn’t get a good feeling the first time to the office. The office is in dire need of remodel and a thorough cleaning. The place smells like cigarettes also. Not impressed.

It has taken over a month to get my Patients CPAP Dreamstation 2 supplies. The order is wrong, they didnt know that it hadnt even shipped. Told me to call mail carrier, it hadnt even left to be shipped. I've also been told that the parts from the old machine would be the same on the new one, they are not. (Voluntary recall on Philips CPAP machines). What is going on as of late guys?? Hoping we don't have to switch supply companies.

Great company. Fast service 24 hours a day. As for the bad reviews about them wanting to get paid, I don't have an issue with paying for something. If you didn't want it, don't accept it. Nothing is for free in this world

Sal is amazing at explaining in plain English every detail and step on how to operate the machine and how to clean and even the process with insurance refills and when to call and what to say etc. I highly recommend this place for any cpap needs. Friendly and clean environment as well.

I have had some wonderful encounters with the entire crew at West Home Care with Dad’s oxygen needs. They have gone above and beyond on several occasions and know my Dad as a person and not just another drop off.Dad has had some recent health scares and was staying at my home in Ashland and his machine was getting an error. They didn’t have a driver and they gave me some methods to test but we all felt it was the hose kinking. 30 minutes later Darnell pulled in the driveway of my home in Ashland offering to check out the machine. We decided it was the hose and he hooked us up saving me a trip to their office. He even remembered my Dad is a big KC Chiefs fan. Karen and Darnell just made our day so much better with their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile.

I was at their office today and Lisa helped me to try to pick a mask for me. I was not able to get the mask due to other medical problems I have, but Lisa was so patience and even until the end when she knew I was not taking the mask after trying different ones she still took care of me and walked me to the door . My experience was a 5 starts one thanks to Lisa.
