The service department, specifically Robert, consistently displays Courtesy, Professionalism, and dedication to my car and me, year after year. The consistency of always seeing his face at check in, always brings me comfort. I know know that I will be taken care of in a professional and timely fashion! Being a little upset with VW at this time, I will say I am not overwhelmed by service excellence. The service was average, and the staff were satisfactory. They accommodated me and did what they needed to do. Greeting satisfactory and straightforward business like.A little more kinda friendly/welcoming would have made a difference. Service consultant - Business like.Service quality and thoroughness (work performed right the first time) - In two minds about this - ?? The VW service advisor was professional, made sure we both had a clear understanding of the work to be done and took the extra effort to make sure my car was ready when promised. The pickup process was very pleasant and the staff that greeted me was very helpful. I was very impressed and this will definitely be my dealership going forward!

The staff are extremely unprofessional. Do not provide updates nor return phone calls requesting updates. Yet whenever we visit they’re sitting around doing nothing. This seems to be a rude, and lazy bunch of people. When my husband picked up, they couldn’t be bothered to get out of their seats. Summoned him over to their desk and slid the key across the desk with minimal explanation of work done and then told him he could retrieve his car from around the side of the building. Any other dealership brings your car to you and shows you the work and I don’t know…acts grateful to have had the business.Yet, on a prior visit, a parts man tried to convince us to buy the parts in store so they wouldn’t lose out on $5 (price difference from the website). Stated they don’t get paid for online orders… why is that my problem? Maybe I’d be sympathetic if they were professional or kind.

This is my family's second purchase with Scot Anderson at your dealership and both times we enjoyed the experience (Scot is why we came back a second time!). Scot is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We appreciate the efficiency of the process, including the finance portion. Osama kept us laughing the entire time. The car buying experience at West Broad was phenomenal. Sales associate Garland went above and beyond to help my wife and I lease a new Tiguan. Too much nauance to hash out on here so I will just leave a general review of the service department. It's the only dealer I go to where 100% of the time it ruins my day or my morning. It's just a bad culture with these guys. Their general posture is "how can I NOT help this person"...... "how can I make him regret his decision to take the car here". They are snarky, they mock customers when they leave, they make eye contact with the other service reps and laugh when there is any issues with customers. Rude is part of it but it's more just a bad attitude.... Toxic environment as they say..... like they are doing you a favor by servicing your car. It's been like this for 15+ years and has survived different ownership. It's close to me so I wish it would change but I am stuck driving 40min now to a different dealer. They also try and charge you $150 just to look at an issue that's 100% under warranty. Owner seems to have hired someone to clean up bad reviews. I see a bunch are gone now. Maybe improve your business and stop spending money on lawyers to clean up reviews.

Gary was fantastic with the sales process I live about 2 hours away and he helped me get all the paperwork done and handled before I got there really made this process seamless and then Rab in the finance office got me all set up with payments in my price range that included gap and extended warranty 10 out of 10 if I could give them more than 5 stars I would if there still selling cars when I’m ready for the next one they are my first stop

Gary provided A+ service when inquiring about a new vehicle purchase. My wife and I are in a predicament in regards to needing space (3 children in car seats) and fuel economy (100 miles commute for work each day). Gary was able to present us options and educate us on the different trims. He helped us measure back seats, install car seats, and was overall pleasant and helpful. Ask for Gary, he'll take care of you!

Had a wonderful experience. My salesperson was imminently patient as I test drove a few cars, only to end up choosing the first one I drove. They were always open, up front, and honest with their appraisal of my trade in at the start, and then the final pricing at the end. A start to finish great experience - other dealerships could learn a lot from these folks.
