Tim St Clair was amazing! He spent so much time with us answering all of our questions, directing and guiding us on the issues he foresaw us dealing with, as new owners of an EV vehicle. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable but also caring and considerate! People like Tim give the experience of going to a local dealership a sense of living in a community. Don't buy KIA! If something happens to your car you on your own. This dealership was not help at all as well. I went to Toyota who took my KIA with failed engine, and I got brand new Toyota, my second one in place where car last and if you happen to have issue they would answer your call, see your car in timely fashion and fix it.

I had an appointment scheduled this morning for service of the headlamp flickering recall. I never dealt with recalls before getting a Kia but something told me it wasn’t going to be an easy headache free process. They attempted to have me sign a paper stating if they determine my issue isn’t caused by the exact warranty/recall issue I was responsible for a $170 diagnostic fee. I wasn’t willing to risk it and place all my trust in the dealership employees so I was not serviced. Unfortunately most dealerships are not known for their honesty. So I decided to go with my gut. They also did not do the software install recall since I decided not to get the other one. They just gave me my key back and I left. What a waste of my day off.

Love the down to earth reps in the service department here. They tell it to you straight, without attitude. They feel like real people, unlike many other dealerships I've been too where you can tell they are putting on a facade just to get through the day. The prices are reasonable as well.

Sean was the best salesman I personally met as he is professional. Very helpful and so insightful. He is not pushy to and he made me feel like im the one sitting in the driver seat unlike other salesmen who push you to buy something you probably don’t want but end up getting because of them. I loved the experience at Kia. The process was a bit lengthy but hey we got what we want. Cheers
