West Broad Honda has always been our place of choice for purchasing new (to us) vehicles. The customer service is outstanding and the entire team cares about the customer. It's very rare to see this type of service today. We have always received warm welcomes and superior service. Hands down the best experience we've had when shopping and buying cars.

We purchased our Odyssey from West Broad Honda back in 2020 and have begrudgingly been getting it serviced there since… until today. After several poor experiences with their customer service, they have finally pushed me over the edge and I will never step foot in their shop again. The situation was this: our sliding door wouldn’t properly close. We paid $170 diagnostic fee for them to come back with a $500 sensor repair. Not fun, but ok. We went to test the door at pick up…. Still wasn’t closing. They took the car back to the garage (a perfect flat surface) and voila it worked. Here’s where they lost me as a customer - the customer service rep tried to tell me that their diagnostic only took into consideration elevated surfaces if we, the customer, specified that was a problem. So we should have known that our door was operational in the clinically perfect conditions of a car garage? For those familiar with West Broad Honda, when we “tested” the door, it was in the side parking lot. If you asked me, amateur that I am, I would have told you it was a flat surface, but there was enough of an incline that the door would not close. Money aside, West Broad Honda did not perform a diagnostic. We said in researching the issue we “thought” it was likely one of three things and they chose to do the quickest fix without any further consideration/exploration (or perhaps even doing a little post install test 10 feet from their garage. We would have waited the extra 10 minutes). We are not mechanics. We paid West Broad to diagnose the problem, but they chose throughput over service.
When we bought the car, we should have seen the red flags - as we signed the paperwork and declined additional mechanical coverage, the Honda signing representative actually told us that Honda computer systems are likely to fail… great sales pitch! Of course the computer system wasn’t our entire issue today, but when the people working there don’t have faith in their product, it does make you think. We probably should have paused, but we’ve had/loved Hondas for years and chalked it up as she wasn’t too good at her job.
If you buy through them, just think really hard if you want to service your car there. This was just the final straw for us, but we had recurrent issues of poor service and poor customer service.

The Sales personnel Cory took really good care of me. He helped me narrow down my search and we were able to find a good deal for me. I came in late last night and came back this morning and test drove and a few hours later picked up my car. Great service and good pricing/offers on pre used cars

Car purchasing was quite easy.
2 months later brought the car in to be checked out because of an issue. Brand new vehicle. They wanted almost $400 to look at something they sold me the 2months earlier.
Took it to a different Honda, got the manufacturer defects fixed for free.

Although I didn't trade my vehicle in yet Mr. Saul Kazdal was wonderful in assisting my daughter and I last week when my 2017 CRV was giving me issues. I'll be returning to see him once I've regrouped in the Richmond area. I've relocated from Texas and the professionalism he showed up on entering was wonderful unlike the few I initially met. Please give my regards to him as his customer service was Superior.
