Wells Fargo in general is a worthless and helpless banking institution. I had to wait for someone because he was at lunch, and apparently no one is trained to do each other job.

This location complains every single time I bring a deposit of money in for them. The lady is on her phone doing nothing and then says “do you really want me to count this right now?” Like yes I do. That’s literally your job, count money. You chose to work at a bank. I don’t understand the rudeness and lack of motivation at this location.

The drive thru has gotten increasingly slow. The employees are nice enough but there never seems to be enough of them. Long time customer with multiple accounts and it seems like service has become less and less important to WF.

You know, I've been here multiple times before and I have to say their customer service is top-notch. I had my debit card hacked last year and they were so quick to set up provisional credit and get everything straightened out for me - no hassle and stress on my end. We need more branches like this in the Richmond area. 10/10 would recommend.

The tellers here are too sales-y. Just let me finish my transaction without trying to open more accounts and add extras on.

I had a checking account with wachovia and they closed it due to inactivity....it was a free account...but wells fargo could reopen an account fora monthly fee...and now they caharge me 7.50 to cash my paycheck written on a wells fargo account.....wells fargo SUCKS
