Today, I went to this branch with my mom to request a verification letter, and the person at the front desk refused to help me and didn't give it to me. They told me that I had to get it from their manager, who was in a meeting. I had to go to another Wells Fargo, where they told me that the verification letter could be issued by a banker. At this Wells Fargo, we were treated poorly. A man named DJ attended to us and was very rude, seemingly because we are Latinas. He didn't want to help us at all! How is it possible that I have to go from Wells Fargo to Wells Fargo just to get a verification letter? TERRIBLE customer service. If they don't know how to attend to customers or are annoyed by it, they simply shouldn't work in customer service. Customers are not to blame for their bad attitudes! TERRIBLE SERVICE AT THIS WELLS FARGO! Without a doubt, we want to close our accounts at this bank, but it's also a problem to get our money! They talk about being friendly, cheerful, and willing to help, but they don't help at all. They also claim to be open to everyone but were RACIST!! Knowing that most Wells Fargo customers are Latino, it's really shameful! If I could give zero stars, I would.

If I could give negative stars I would. The banker is rude. Wells Fargo is horrible. They tie up your money and lock you out of your accounts and give you no way to unlock. You can call or go in, they won’t help. It’s always someone else that needs to do something.

Lalin Peiris who works at this branch is amazing. He was extremely helpful to me and my family and friends (I've referred people to him multiple times). I needed to get weird collection of documents for some government applications and even though it wasn't possible to do at Wells Fargo (the request was unreasonable from the government). Lalin was very creative and helpful on finding an alternative solution that would satisfy my needs. It was a lot of work for him but it did work at the end.He was also helpful to my Ukrainian family who didn't speak good English. He helped them with many things. They were new to the country and many things were confusing but he was caring, patient and very helpful. One nice moment showing his care and attentiveness - my brother opened a checking account and there should have been a sign up bonus. Wells Fargo didn't issue it automatically for some reason. My brother was at the branch for other reasons and Lalin on his own remembered and asked him if he got the bonus - he didn't. Soon after the missing bonus has appeared - thank you Lalin for remembering and figuring it out.Nobody have asked me to write this review but Lalin has been so good to me and my family and I want to recognize it in a public message because he definitely deserves it.

This is not regarding this location specifically but it is regarding wells Fargo as a bank.My husband and I have been banking with you for over 2 yrs. On 6/24 you took out $2000.00 from our account. I can not pay rent, can not pay my car note and this messes up all of my finances. We have a baby on the way in 2 months and you put us in a extremely bad situation. After "waving fees"(which we were unaware of and DID NOT ask for) for 4 months you decided it was time to collect those fees in 1 lump sum. When we called about a payment plan we were denied because we both receive direct deposit. If you took 4 months to take that money you should give us at least 4 months to pay it back.In the middle of a pandemic you made our situation 10x worse. I am furious and sickened by your actions. We will be changing banks ASAP.

I see some have had cringeworthy experiences at this branch, but I haven't. My regular branch at Patterson/Starling had closed. Broke my heart. I needed to make an appt to clean out my safe dep box & find another branch. At my appointed time, I saw Crystal Tyson who was not a reg employee of that branch but was helping to transition customers to other branches. She was wonderful in attitude, efficiency & in every area of banking. She went above the call of duty to set me up with a branch close to me that had an available safe dep box, and believe me, today that isn't easy. I went immediately to that branch, Fargo/Parham, and Lalin Peiris did all he work for the box, and Rudy did some big teller work for me and was so personable that I felt right at home. Add to that, imagine my happy surprise to find out that Chrystal Tyson is the branch mgr. What started as a sad and stressful day ended up joyful and so pleased at my new branch. Everyone was friendly, warm, and quickly efficient in their jobs. They should all be publicly commended, and that's what I'm doing now. Thanks to all of you!

I have been a customer of WF for over 10 years and this location seems to prioritize everything but the customers time.

Painfully slow! I cannot imagine any transaction taking longer than 5 minutes per car but here I sit on my fourth attempt to squeeze in this errand today.

The Black female with the heavy makeup and fake lashes at the window have an unpleasant attitude. She held up a makeshift sign with grammar and improper spelling stating to go to ATM.. She needs to be retrain on learning how to be be professional.

Wells Fargo is fine, I guess, but at this specific location the people are just awful. There is one girl, specifically, I don’t know her name. Overweight white girl with glasses, probably about 30 years old, dirty blonde hair. She’s horrible. I cried for an hour in the parking lot after an interaction with her where she was so horrible I couldn’t even believe it. She should be fired.
