My experience with this local branch went from bad to worseEverything I thought I had set up with the local branch with the personal banker backfired. Muhummad was a complete waste of my time. He did not put in the correct address, the correct beneficiary he just did not do his best job. I have to open a new account cause he screwes up everything. Periodt

This place has gone from a friendly community bank in 2013 to a absolute joke! We removed our checking and savings recently, and rolled over our IRA's. When our free safe deposit box expires, that's bye-bye too. The only reason we come to this bank is to pay our mortgage and credit card. We would mail them, but these not showing up or paid much later than they should changed that. (Please note that this downturn started WAY before C-19.) Now they have closed all but a few locations on Satutdays, and even more recently changed Friday's closing time from 1800 hrs to 1700. I presently am sitting in a the drive thru for the last 35 minutes. This bank (and Wells Fargo) has gone to crap!

You would think that under the circumstances Wells would have LONGER drive through hours to service their customers . BUT NO. The hours are from 9:30 am until 4pm and the lines are terrible. And the lobby is open by appointment ONLY. So much for Wells Fargo's customer service. They have shortened their hours. Do you think you can leave a message for a return call? Well no. If you can't do business under their terms too bad.

I just came in hopes of depositing my pay check but to my disappointment the women at the front was too busy having a full on conversation with more people in front of me to attend to me. Trusted I left and instead took my chances somewhere else. Terrible service and a waste of my time.

Ouch, some bad reviews here.... not my experience at all. Most of the staff knows me by first name and asks about my family (I'm impressed by that because they have to have a ton of people come in). I moved to Powhatan and still find myself doing business at this location (my work is down the street).

Went in to deposit a check from my Insurance company. They said because I didn't have that much in my account I could not deposit it, they told me I'd have to go to the bank on the check (one that is not within 100 miles of me).....Most banks would have simply deposited the check and waited for it to clear....In fact I went down the street to Union Bank and they did exactly that. They made a stressful situation worse and I didn't appreciate it.

I bank with Wells Fargo and I have no general complaints. I barely visit the branch inside and do handle most of my transactions through the outdoor ATM machines. They have one in the drive through lane and one on the side of the building. Everything would be great if the machines worked. However they seem to be broken or in process of being repaired constantly. Ahem, machines are great only if they work. Please fix them or replace them :)

We always have a great experience at this location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We love to see Karla at the window! She is amazing, so sweet, and always makes sure our boys get a lollipop.

Being new to the area and a customer of Wells Fargo (Wachovia/First Union) for almost 20yrs, this location is pretty close to home and will likely become my "go to" branch. My first visit a couple of weeks ago, I had a transaction that required me to go inside (which I H.A.T.E.) The tellers & manager were pleasant, making eye contact with the greeting of the day and were generous with compliments. This, I appreciate tremendously... as they made me forget my apprehensions of being "inside". Yesterday, I attempted a visit to the drive up ATM, but it was out of service (no sign) ;-{ Today, I drove through to drop off a deposit and was greeted with a smile and given lots of feedback/education on the check type I had. Thanks Wells Fargo... I'll be back!
