I went to this branch today, as instructed, to deposit my check after receiving multiple error messages through my mobile app. Upon arriving I was immediately treated as if I was doing something suspicious. Although I gladly provided my ID and debit card, Mariana, who was working the drive through felt it was necessary and appropriate to make comments about my out of state license, as well as ask me unrelated questions about my place of employment. I was then falsely accused by Mariana of already successfully depositing the check via mobile app. After a few minutes of her stepping away from the counter and whispering, which was still audible through the drive through speaker, she came back and made me verify my identity by giving her my current address as well as my previous address. I understand and appreciate security measures, but this was ridiculous and felt discriminatory.

They don't want help me open up the acct and it was 4pm Today is Nov 10th..They not professionally need Tobe fired..

Wildly unhelpful. Made an appointment and they still refused to help me notarize a simple document even though there were 5 employees there that could have served as a witness. Didn’t introduce themselves. Jamal was particularly unhelpful.

ATM does not take deposits and the person in the drive through was unwilling/unable to help.

EVERYTIME MY HUSBAND AND I GO TO THIS WELLS FARGO BANK ON FORESTHILL AVE THE TREAT US VERY NICE. THE TELLERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE. THEY GO WAY BEYOND TO HELP YOU. THE BANK IS VERY WELLED KEPT AND CLEAN. WE DECIDED TO OPEN UP A SAVING ACCOUNT WITH THEM. WE JUST APPRECIATE EVERYTHING THEY DO TO HELP US. THANKS SO MUCH KAREN NASH AND GEORGE NASH
