Thank God this is not my regular bank. I was told to come inside with 2 forms of ID in order to cash my cash. I was in my pj's and I begged not to come in the building but they insist. So embarrassing, we could have done this thru the drive thru!

Wells Fargo clearly needs to reassess its physical footprint and demand for customers. This branch lead by an incompetent and lazy manager fails to meet “on the fly” customer needs. They fail to accommodate, they fail to be flexible and they fail at satisfying the customer who entails provides them with a job.

Terrible customer service. I waited for 10+ minutes and then someone walked in a jumped right in front of me and they let them do it even upon hearing from both me and the lady that I had been there. They say you don’t have to make an appointment but that’s all they accept. The customer service is very bad here. I have had this account since Wachovia and I am closing the account! Think twice people.

I opened up an account today with Corey and my experience with him was exceptional. He was so patient with me and answered all of my questions. He put all of my concerns to rest. I literally floated out of there. Just a great overall experience. I’d give 6 stars if I could! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Corey at this branch made up for an abysmal experience at the Cary Court (Carytown) location. He was knowledgeable, quick, helpful, professional and courteous. Parking is great.

Hunter McDonald my man!!!!! Let me tell you as much as I hate waiting in lines at banks this young man made my stay at Wells Fargo on west broad st pretty freaking terrific. No wait sir, come sit at my desk and tell me what I can do for you? Turns out the teller signaled Hunter to grab me and the way the team worked was just fun, almost didn't want to leave. Hunter was able to help me efficiently and with great conversation, even having to stay a few minutes late since I walked in at the last minute. If you neeed a banker go to this bank and talk with Hunter McDonald!
