Decided to bring my 5.7 Ram here after the transmission went into limp mode. Tried to drive it to Weavers in Mechanicsville and the truck went out of drive half way up the hill to pull into the shop. I ran inside to ask if could get some extra hands pushing it up the hill into the parking lot. About 2 minutes passed and 2 gentlemen came running out two the rescue and a third pulled out of the shop with what looked like some sort of modified Detroit diesel tractor and pushed my old girl right in the parking lot. Spoke with Lisa and Emily and they were both very helpful in keeping me updated and offering advice to me as a consumer. They were able to diagnose the transmission failure and I had an invoice for the detailed diagnosis by the night after I dropped it off. Great place to go if you want something done right. Best transmission shop in town! Recommended a great tow truck company and flawlessly performed clutch replacement on our Jeep! Needed a transmission replacement and Weaver was recommended by a family friend. Vehicle was older and had a lot of miles and I was unsure if I wanted to put that kind of money in a car with that age/miles. They were very patient with me as I weighed all my options. Ultimately the replacement was made and their work was high quality and they stand by their work. Transmissions are pricey, but know with Weaver you’re getting solid work done, good communication and excellent customer service.

Broke down on I95 on a Sunday, transfer case went dry the kaput. Lisa was awesome to deal with, they fit me in and set me up with a used transfer case and I was able to pick it up the following Friday. They didn’t bleed my wallet, very reasonable prices.

My Ford was making the saddest sound... so I hauled it to the trans doc for a check up! The experts at Weaver operated on my Explorer and gave it a new life! We've taken several of our vehicles here, and they are highly recommended by several service stations in the Richmond area. They guarantee their work and their transmissions. After our car was fixed and it needed an adjustment, they took care of it lickety split! If you transmission is feeling poorly, take it into Weaver's! They will give your car a clean bill of health! And speaking's of bills, they offer decent prices, better than most anyone else around!
