I love wawa, but Stephen has an attitude every time I come to this wawa. It shouldn't be that hard of a concept to understand that you shouldn't drop a carbonated drink, and Stephen basically throws them into the bags. Without Stephens attitude it would've been great.

This is a new Gas station on Broad. Free air pump. Inside and outside are always clean, and you feel safe when you are charging gas ⛽️.Visit this Wawa, and get some gas and a coffee or a pizza for you.See you next time.

UPDATE 1/8/24! So I gave feedback on wawa app got email next day with apology and sincere reply that feedback would be sent to management with a $10 gift card. So they came correct! Ordered a chicken biscuit at the store on w broad street near libbie in richmond va with pickles and cheddar cheese. As soon as I picked up the biscuit it crumbled which means it’s stale. Not fresh. How disappointing. Usually pretty good food. So come on down for a stale chicken biscuit for breakfast , y’all!

So glad this location finally opened.Friendly staff. My food, so far, has been prepared perfectly. My only issue with Wawa overall is their prices. Everything is more expensive than it was pre-pandemic. ESPECIALLY the hot/cold foods. I litetally cringe when I see the prices for their hoagies and Gobbler Bowls now. ?

This location just recently opened. The food ordering kiosks are in the middle of the store and not placed by the food pickup area like other locations, which is great! I ordered a chocolate oreo milkshake and a mango smoothie. Both were good. The milkshake was a little too loose for my liking but the taste was good. The self checkout kiosks weren't working. The clerk was completing side work tasks while away from the register so the wait to checkout was kind of weird. I would go back because it's still new and clean.
