Whether it’s curbside pickup on picking up in-store, my food is never ready on time and my order is never fully correct. They will be fully staffed and still miss items on your order or forget to bring you your curbside bag. Save yourself the trouble and go in to pay in-person. There is no convenience at this location. Very ignorant.

I want to thank the manager Summer, she was amazing with getting our order fixed and so polite. Aidan was prompt and so polite and Mushkin, another staff member made our wawa experience amazing for a Friday that started off hectic and rushed. Thank you guys for turning my Friday around. The friendly customer service would be a reason to frequent this location.

Every time I order from THIS specific Wawa location I never get all my items. I order from DoorDash, bags completely sealed.. I’m always missing an item or something I paid extra for.. it’s really annoying

One time had baking paper in my quesadilla and another time got a steak quasadilla with no steak with the workers being very oblivious.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I frequent Wawa often however this location consistently misses the standard for service. The food is always cold and sloppy. There is always an item missing. Ordering online or they the mobile app is horrible and something is always wrong and they refuse to correct their error. The team lacks any type of hospitality and act like it's a bother to come. This is the closet Wawa to my house but now I may reconsider my business with the whole company in the event I don't wanna drive 4 miles further for a better location! This store needs new leadership or to close!

Overall a meh experience, I work as a Public servant and my partner and I ordered pickup. The food was very well made however when the driver got the order drinks were missing. I asked them to return and see if they were ever made and yes but were left out of place one was a milkshake that was completely melted the other was an energy drink that was super watered down do to ice melt. The driver asked them to remake the drinks and was told “they were too busy” to make it right. I will be limiting my business at least with this particular store.

Ordered subs for my wife and I. One was correct, the other did not include two items i asked for and had other items added i did not ask for. I only realized this after driving back home. Drove back to the store to ask them to remake the sandwich and was met with a woman who grabbed my sandwich, didn’t even look at what was wrong with it, and just asked me what “ exactly was wrong with this sandwich.” it takes a second to open the sandwich bag and see exactly what was wrong but she seemed to be leaving soon, as she was telling someone else to make the sandwich and someone else to help another. not sure why it’s such a burden as a customer to ask to remake a wrong sandwich. i won’t try again, my bad!!

They always have clean good food. But the service is bad (not all times though), I ordered online and the food is never at the pickup area, they leave it out and when I ask for a bag they don't want to give me a bag they always say get it from the check out. It should be ready to pick up in the pickup area in a bag. Today when I asked for a bag he said get it from the check out I told him I ordered online he got me a plastic bag and just threw it over my food without talking to me or looking at me. Why is it that serious. I suggest updating the app and instructions should be pick up your own bag and the order will not be at the pick up area.

Bad customer service.
They check twice my ID just for the cigarette . The cashier and manager were not respectful . The manager checked my ID .
I was paid for cigeret, and the manager told me we don't sell .
Have a good day !
Just when I'm complaining & shouting, she gave me the cigarette. ?

You can't go wrong by stopping at a WaWa. They have great breakfast foods. A large selection of lunch/dinner foods that you can order.
Their coffee is great and they offer some specialty drinks.
