This is a good store and customer service is usually good also but there is one cashier name Cheryl who acts as if she has good customer service and really does not she is a wolf in sheep's clothing and I personally think she has an issue with African American women in particular

Went 4 first time to WAWA (Eastern version of Western Mavericks) two kind souls helped me locate & orient the store. Employees went out of their way to perform excellent customer service & teach me how to earn Wawa pts.

Can't mute the gas pump ads. Food takes forever and is mid at best. Biggest issue is the pump ads. Let me sit in peace.

Very tasty pannini! But they are not available to everyone. After a year of living in Henraico, I am surprised that everything here is for people with cars. People hardly walk or ride bicycles. A small number of pedestrian sidewalks with an unexpected ending. Bus stops without a roof over your head, garbage cans or benches. Very few bike paths. Here is a cafe near a bus stop, from which you cannot walk to it, since there is no sidewalk. But even if you walked across the grass, there is no table in the cafe. My husband and I came from Ukraine and cannot understand why there is discrimination against pedestrians and cyclists. We don't have a car. Work is 8 minutes from home by bike. Shops, bank, everything is nearby. You can live here without a car. In Ukraine we also have such small cafes at gas stations. But there are tables inside and sometimes outside.

Terrible experience. Paid my Uber driver $30 extra to go way out of the way. They had janitor blocks to prevent customers to come in and order food (this was 1 AM on a Sunday) Done with Wawa and their terrible customer service. They don’t care about you.Besides previous post- tried to call and their phone hangs up immediately. Please don’t waste your time stopping here late night for a bite to eat.They don’t care lol. Just don’t go thereNext update: their phone immediately hangs up and rings to nothing- DONT ORDER FOOD HERE.
