I think Wawas maintenance department is under staffed. The air pumps (there are two) have been down for over 2.5 months. I asked the manager if there was a number or email address to contact and he said no. During the conversation he had that beyond disinterested look in his eyes. They will probably still be down this time next month so heads upUnfortunately I have a tire with a slow leak so I've been filling it up regularly. I know, I know, just patch it! In the meantime though, I've found that three other Wawas around Richmond have chronically out of service airpumps. Obviously no gas station has an obligation to provide free air but when you are known for that service, people do drive out of their way to fill up a tire...

Atmosphere: it's always really crowded & busy. So I did something different & messed up. The 2p. Manager quickly respond assistance with old fashion customer service skills/ without any upset customers. ?Parking: I always park In front.

The place was the worst Wawa I have been to. The coffee station was nasty. It was not stocked and the coffee I got had some kind of after taste of perfume. I had to throw it away.

Ordered two smoothies. Both were very good. I love love love that they cover their drinks with stickers so noone can tamper with them during delivery.

I have went to several wawa locations in the east end of Henrico and Richmond management was not supportive at all especially the airport wawa. I came into the wawa on N laburnum at Creighton road and Derek the manager gave five diamond service you hear me. I was trying to blessed my entire staff with over 120 gas cards and he stopped closed a line and completed the entire transaction. One card at a time. I really do appreciate him and taking the time to provide a service to the customer. This will be my go to Wawa from now on. Please support this business.A happy customer..Dell

Don’t waste your time because they could care less about the customers time. Huff and Puff if you ask them could they bag up to go items and basically said “it’s not my job” and that’s my cue to cut my losses and leave

CANNOT recommend that anyone be so unfortunate as to visit this WaWa location. My girlfriend and I got food poisoning the last time we went. Worst 24 hours of our life, we got stuck an hour and a half away from home and couldn't drive home for quite a while. It's amazing to me that so little care and caution could be taken in regards to food safety. Even more so, I filed a ticket with WaWa, and have not been contacted back at all. Extraordinarily unprofessional of a company that I previously thought very highly of.

I love WaWa coffee. It's always hot, ready, and stocked. The station for creamers is always clean and stocked. The staff is always friendly and helpful even with the place being packed.
