“Went to Dransfield to build a custom setting for an engagement ring using a diamond I already had, and I can't say enough good thing about the whole experience! Rose was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and worked closely with me to design a truly unique piece. This involved Rose drawing up many sketches, and then working with me to take parts I liked from different designs, combining them into my fiancés dream ring. Rose really listened to my ideas while also bringing in her expertise for helpful suggestions. I could tell she really cared about the project and poured a lot of time into the ring. Last but not least, the pricing was fantastic and well within my budget!Can't wait to work with Rose again soon for our wedding bands!”
“I visited the Clock Shop today with a clock I had purchased from Pier 1. Since Pier 1 is no longer the same, I would not be able to replace it. They fixed it while I waited and the lady, I believe her name was Anna, was one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting.
