What a fantastic experience. My Fortis suddenly stopped working and I was worried that I would have to ship it halfway across the country to get repaired. Fortunately I found Watch and Pen. Dennis and his wife were fantastic. He was able to diagnose the issue, make the repair, and even let me look over his shoulder and explain the entire process to me while doing it. It was a lot of fun to watch him master at work. My watch is running better than before and their price was much better than anywhere that I would have shipped it off to. If You are a watch nerd like I am then you will love this place for service repair or even just a great bit of education!

Needed watch band repair. Watch and Pen is tucked around the side of the building in a sort of an odd retail space. But the woman who helped me was friendly and nice, and I walked out in under 10 minutes having paid a very reasonable fee for the quick repair. They do engraving. Will definitely be my go to for future watch repair and engraving.

Well, I am sure it will be a full on 5, I am waiting for part 2 of my watch repair. Part one was a quick battery change, 9 bucks for the one I needed, and completed while I walked around the store. Part 2, went to her brother for a crysta repair at a different Watch and Pen store. It was my brother's watch, and it is very special to me. I will give update on the part 2.

Took two watches there in July. The couple that runs the place are very nice, prices are what they are which is high because that's just the way it goes with nice watches. I was told 6-8 weeks in July. After 8 weeks I started asking for updates, I was told 2 more weeks every time I called for the next 4 months. They finished one watch about 12 weeks in and never finished the other one so I just picked it up and will take it somewhere else.Don't tell me 6-8 weeks and have it turn into 6 months. I would probably have been OK with 6 months in the first place and wouldn't have felt like something fishy was going on.

Wonderful low key place to get your watch of any type repaired or upgraded - extraordinary knowledge of Rolex and other lux brands. Very reasonable prices and personal service. Oh and their dogs are worth the visit!

The guy repaired my watch within ten minutes. Polite and even gave me a temporary parking slip.

I allowed them to clean my Rolex; it took all summer and my watch is no longer accurately telling time ( it was perfect, before - just needed cleaning ). I returned five or six times and the repairman / owner began blaming me saying " the watch worked just fine " when he had it in the shop. Do not trust this place / person with anything of value - you might have a terrible experience.
