Adding a 5 star rating for the Auto Care Center. The employees were so nice, it was incredibly affordable, and my tire change was very quick. Car rides so much better now. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a tire replacement!! Thank you!!

It's really a shame that you can't find descent help at this location. I went into get Sterlite 3 tier storage which is stored on the very top shelf. Ok, I'm having to walk around looking for an associate to help me. I actually found someone and she was useless. She did NOT want to help me. I tell her what I needed she tells me idk where a ladder is you need to go to customer service and have someone paged. Ridiculous! So as soon as I left the aisle there was a tall gentleman walking my way and I stopped and asked him for help. A customer had to help me. Really Walmart you are paying people to work and they don't even want to do their jobs. It's a shame when you have to get another customer to help you. Only in damn Walmart.

I visitEd this Walmart in need of two new front tire. Went inside asked the person at the service desk Rachell If they had the tire in stock. Right out the gate she got nasty. She goes on to insult my intelligence with we're did you get those number from did you Google the. No ma'am I check my tire. Rachell then say Walmart didn't have the tire and I needed to order them. While that was going on she was also being very rude and smart with another gentleman that need help with a batter. As I was walking back to my car another Associate walked out and say to me let me check it for you. He then goes on to say he had the tire size in two different brands. He took the time and looked for them. There was a little room off to the side where the Douglas brand I was looKing for. That helpful associate said it had sticker on them to hold until April 21. Ms. Rachell began yelling those belong to Ms so and so. Last time I checked today is June 6. Even when she was taking my information she was just rude she throw the tablet in the count at me and was full out. Long story short. While I was waiting for the young man to put the tires on I spent 300 in cash in the store and another 250 in the tires. I own stock in Walmart and I'm very worried that if I was rudely turned away how many other are being treated the same way. I know my 500 dollars is a drop in the bucket for Walmart. But it will began to add up if you have 1 customer a day turned away. Sorry to say as long as Ms. Rachell is working anywhere in this Walmart I will not spend my hard earned money. Even though I prefer Walmart on Forest Hill I think I'll be shopping at the Target in Forest Hill.

Truly a trashy store, Sheila Ln Richmond VA. Same goes for the pharmacy. Never had such an experience (and during a stressful pandemic? Kudos wmt.) Will never go to a walmart again. Shame on you. Pharmacists not handling customers under pandemic and cancer stress? Wow.

We went in to the pharmacy today on Sheila Ln. Pharmacy folks usually are well mannered with higher educations than the rough clientele located here. Well, the cdc is changing the covid vaccine story daily and the pharmacists made the customer pay for it; they turned away a stage 4 cancer victim because there were 3 days to go before the 6 month mark from last vax. The folks behind the counter and in the store had masks below the nose OR no masks. If you are a sensible, clean human being, this s k a n k y store is not for you.

Worst customer service on the planet! Even when I'm speaking to a manager I feel like I'm talking to a teenager. The customer is always wrong and they are not willing to be flexible even when the mistake is on them. Terrible!

I love coming here however it's very trashy.. Sometimes I find what I need others I don't. They need to learn how to stock properly instead of throwing things everywhere. They also need to learn how to restock when things are empty.

Walmart Shelia Lane location store is a frustrating experience. From the scanning or your receipts leaving the store. To the attitude of the self check employees. This store treats customers like thieves. It's so unfortunate it's the closest location to me , but I would rather drive to another location. Or not shop at Walmart

We went to a few Walmarts in the area and this one had the best selection. The store was a bit messy as the were restocking the shelves. This is an older location so, I supposed it has its quirks if it's your local spot. We found some good stuff but some things were in odd places. Many of the employees were completely confused to where products could be located and the oatmilk I purchased had "turned". If I'm in the area again, I'm sure I'll check it out. Walmart is Walmart, you'll find something.

Went to the Colonial Heights, VA Walmart to purchase a particular item that I knew they stocked, but couldn't find it on my own. I stopped an associate in front of the stationery department where the item is stocked. The associate said she didn't work in that department and the person who does is on lunch (at 10am in the morning?) then she went on her way clearly not interested in helping me nor finding someone who would. I was about to give up and leave when I took a chance and asked another associate two aisles over. His name was Antonio and he was a visiting associate from the Sheila Lane Walmart in Richmond, VA. It took him all of 5 seconds to check the app on his phone, find the product, and walk me to it. He was wonderful and did everything right! Clearly the associates from the Sheila Lane store should be training the ones at the Colonial Heights store (if they're even interested in being trained.) Thank you Antonio. You saved my visit to Walmart.

I went in to retrieve a few items and the associates were not helpful at all. They acted as if I was bothering them. I had just visited another Walmart about 10 minutes away and the associate saw the information I had and walked me through the process of getting what I need. It was too bad they ran out of the item and I had to come here. The associated maintained there "we dont do that here" and attempted to click a mouse as if they'd actually tried. Needless to say, it was horrible and I will not be going back. If you dont know how to do something, ask for help. Get someone that can. Its poor customer service to sneakily say "we dont do that here." If you dont have the card with the code, I cant so it. Especially when just down the road all had to provide was the name and they hooked me up. Way to turn folks away Walmart.

Hands down most disrespectful customer service experience of my life. I bought a 10 shelf organizer a few days ago that required self assembly. I assembled half of it and then realized the box was missing exactly half of one of the key pieces needed to assemble the rest. I called the store and asked if they could give me the missing pieces if I brought the empty box and receipt back. The associate on the phone said no and that I would need to bring the whole box with all the pieces back and I could exchange it for a different set. I explained that this would be time consuming as I had already spend awhile assembling half of the 10 shelves and then would need to re-assemble the whole thing once I got the new box (on top of the wasted time driving to and from the store again due to their mistake). I was polite and asked if I could speak to a manager. The associate said sure and put me on hold for close to 30 minutes and then hung up the line. I tried calling the store back immediately a few times and nobody picked up. It was only a $25 item so I'm really not that upset about the faulty product I received but the blatant disrespect to waste my time by putting me on hold for 30 minutes and then hanging up on me is unacceptable. This is after a bought a $600 tv and a few hundred dollars worth of other products a couple days before. I will never go back to this store again.

I had my ups and downs with Walmart. Today I had a pretty good visit. I spoke about the bad, so now it's time for some good. I started using the walmart app which is golden. No more asking store employees where something is, and they're acting like it's the first day on the job. (Frustrating) if you haven't used the app, you better start. Maybe I'm a Johnny come late. You just type in what your looking for and it shows you where its located with their numbered aisles. I was ringing something up in the self check out, and I had an item on Clearance. The young lady got it fixed quickly. Sounds like no big deal, but this is Walmart. Things like this use to be time consuming. Great overall experience on this visit. I love the Walmart app...

Drove to store specifically because needed items early for an event. "24/7" store was closed at almost 6 am on a Monday morning.
