Local legends! Black Family run and owned since 1900! Cannot recommend them enough! Excellent customer service + quality work. $10 to replace a battery in an antique wrist watch; $20 to repair a broken (silver) chain. These guys are the real deal, fair and thorough! Also the only place in Richmond that I’ve seen sell Sorority & Fraternity garb/merch, so there’s that. They offer customization/commissioned work, too! Stop by and check them out for all your jewelry repairs, gifts or splurges. ♡

What a great find this place is. Went here for watch battery replacement, waited on it and 15 minutes later I was walking out the door with new batteries. Customer service here is excellent. The employees take the time to help out each and every customer! Prices on jewelry are reasonable if not on the cheaper side of things. Seems like they have one of a kind finds as well! I will definitely be back to purchase something more from them in the future.

Took my watch there for its first battery replacement. When I called to check the status, I was told they had to send it to the factory and the cost would be $65! I only paid $90 for the watch!! Plus, I should've been told it would have to go back to the factory BEFORE IT WAS SENT and given me the option to say "yea" or "nay." I protested so strongly that the owner took off half. Never again.
