There was your individual working Sunday night all alone...they were stocking..working register...and photos...I did not get their name but they were awesome..full of positive energy...and had a lot of patience! They deserve a raise walgreens!!!

They never have the atm functioning here and it's frankly quite infuriating. And the prices are often marked up quite a bit more than they need to be

Cashier was too rude when I was checking out. That lady in front desk she was so much rude to me she scrolled her eye when I was taking money out from my pocket and when I was leaving she said people are very crazy. I didn’t even do or say anything to her. I’ve been their costumer since 3,4 year. I hate this place because of her. I stop going there because of her....zero….star for costumer service……

I waited on hold for over an hour to speak with the pharmacy. Pharmacy tech was apologetic but said it was just her and one pharmacist working. How does a company valued at $31 Billion not have the ability to properly staff their pharmacies? My guess is poor regional/local management. CVS in the Richmond area is much better.

I had a pick up order for multivitamins. The drive thru pick up was smooth but when l checked the packaging, the expiration date was 07/21. I received a health supplement almost 17 months past its expiration date! I could not believe it. First of all, this location obviously has not checked its stock in years. Secondly, this was the only item in the pick up order and the expiration date is very clearly displayed on the bottom - apparently no one bothered to look. I generally check the expiration date but what if someone didn't pay attention? Selling long expired health supplement could adversely impact someone's health.

Pathetic Service. I wish I could give them 0 stars . These guys lie about the order status to clear their queue in the system, without caring for customer service. Their promise saying that the order will be ready for pick-up in an hour is a sham. I will try not to visit this store, or if ever I need to, I will make sure I have hours to spare so that they can complete my order.This is yesterday, 10/26. I received the mail saying that my photoprint order was ready for pick up at 2.30 pm. When I went to pick up the order at around 6.30 pm, it was not ready. I was told that they will have to clear all the backlog of their orders before my order could be done and that it will be another hour !!! When I asked for the reason why my order was not ready and why I got a mail saying that it was ready - the person in-charge told me "Evidently, the message was sent even though the order was not completed" . What is the point of my order pickup confirmation??? Ridiculous!!!

I order photos for work here all the time and have usually had a good experience. I receive an email telling me when my photo order is received and another when it is ready. Beginning with a purchase made on 7/21/22, a setting on my account was switched to "digital only receipts." No problem--they said I would receive an e-mailed receipt. It did not show up. I took my photo order back today to get a printed receipt so I could submit it to my employer for reimbursement. They are unable to print receipts from a past order and told me to contact customer service. I discovered, on my own, that there is a "Product Purchase History" which stores the receipts so I was able to get it that way. FYI, the store staff has no way to print a paper receipt for a past purchase (even when you have the bar code from a photo order).

Sarah is extremely helpful. Courteous, too. Walgreens should promote her to management. In an age where sometimes folks can be disaffected, it's a treat to come across someone squared away and knowledgeable. I threw two curveball "where are" questions her way, and she fielded them like a pro. The drug store version of an all-star shortstop. Ok. I'll stop with the baseball metaphor now, before it runs away from me (or perhaps it already has).
