Switching to a different Walgreens. I have always had terrible wait times in the phone, today was almost two hours. I gave up and drove there to get my meds in person…and they were closed due to staffing issues. Thankfully, another branch was able to fill my meds that I needed today.

Waited for 40 minutes for a flu test for which I had an appointment, while having the flu.
