Had a call in order, went to pick it up they told me to wait 20 minutes. I waited 25, went back up and was told the same thing again. It took over 1 1/2 hours to fill 2 medications and one of them only needed a sticker with my name on it.

Worst location ever. Poor treatment of customers. You can be the only car in the drive thru, yet they'll make you wait 20 minutes for assistance. Terrible!

This Walgreens location is meh. It's in a good area and has tons of parking but locating oral hygiene items was a challenge today. I feel Walgreens and other large chains should make it easy for customers to find things by keeping store formats the same. It seems every Walgreens is laid out differently somehow. I've been to this location a couple of times because it is convenient from my office. You would think finding oral hygiene items would be a breeze but the section is located all the way to the left of the store and is unmarked. Usually this aisle is located in the middle of the store and marked appropriately. Needless to say, I had to walk all over the place to find items that should be easily marked and easy to find. My other pet peeves with this place is that the ATM doesn't always work and there is never anyone at a register so you have to hope and pray an associate sees you waiting. Other than that, this place suffices if you're in the area and need some basic items Walgreens usually sells.

I called my pediatrician on Dec. 27 for a rx. refill. Didn't hear anything, figured there was a mixup in communication somewhere. NO TEXT, NO CALL NO ALERT from Walgreens. On December 31 I called pediatrician again. They confirmed that they called the rx in and the time they did on December 27I proceeded to call walgreens back. They did indeed get it on December 27, they just didn't feel the need to fill the rx. Or tell me if there was a problem, which there was NO PROBLEM. They feebly attempted but I proved through dates that they dropped the ball. Switching pharmacies. Leaving Walgreens PERIOD. They're incompetent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND OR REFER.

Very unprofessional technician running the COVID vaccine clinic. You follow instructions online, print out paperwork, arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment like instructed only to have to sit and wait and wait and when you inquire about the holdup stuck up technician only makes excuses becoming belligerent as if she is doing you a favor. Very poor customer service, technician play the blame game, "I'm only one person" instead of trying to rectify the situation.
