This store has gotten horrible! I am so disappointed I can hardly put it into words but I will do my best. Being on hold on the phone for over an hour and a half only to find out they don't even have anybody available to answer the phone. Why not? Why don't you put up a message that says that so customers don't sit there holding on forever? Hire more people! When you go to pick up your medication they try to give you half because they don't get medication in stock like they should and they have to order from outside areas so the wait time is even longer. My mother is having to fill her prescriptions sometimes with another company because Walgreens doesn't get her medicine and in time. We've been going to the store for over 12 years at least and it has steadily gone downhill for the past couple years. Now they take a meal break in the pharmacy for 30 minutes and no one I repeat no one is available to help customers whatsoever. Why can't they still take prescriptions? Why can't they still give out prescriptions? Is someone has a question for the pharmacist and they would have to wait but otherwise most all companies stagger meal breaks so that someone is still available for customers. At least every company I've ever worked at. Today I went to pick up a medication and the woman that waited on me started to yell at me because they have a problem. They just make excuse after excuse like it's supposed to be okay. Well it's not okay it's terrible and after all the years that I've been with Walgreens I plan on switching now because Kroger seems to do a great job and it's right around the corner from Walgreens so there's no reason they couldn't be doing better also. It's a real shame.

I have little to say about Walgreens, super fast service, neat and clean, I went to buy several things and use the ATM, all without problems!

The line was extremely long at the front of the store. Backed up to where photos are so I went to the pharmacy to be rung up and was told I couldn't be rung up there either that I would have to wait until they took care of everyone in drive thru and I only had 2 items it wouldn't have taken long. I've never received this type of treatment and won't be coming back to this walgreens to shop

Called at 10 to get my toddler with special needs medicine. was told my prescription would be ready in a hour. Waited in the parking lot and told them we were gonna wait. Pulled up to the pharmacy almost 2 hours later at 11:40 sad was told I have to wait another 20 minutes for his medicine to be filled and that I have to drive away. It’s not even waiting for the prescription that upset me. It’s the dirty looks, lack of empathy, and rude demeanor from people that signed up to work in an industry to help others. Not even an apology, I have a child with a disability and waited over 2 hours. It’s like when I pulled back up they completely FORGOT about my child’s medication being filled. Worst Pharmacy Experience I ever had in my 30 years of living. I also absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but I wanted to share my experience to prevent another mom from having to go through the same. Next time I’ll save myself the headache and get my sons prescription filled somewhere else that cares more about customer service.

Professionalism and customer service here is bad. Curbside is horrible. Marked my order as picked up and I never did. Now I'm waiting too long for a receipt.

The pharmacy is terrible. Service is awful and they're having technical difficulties and they're blaming me! How on earth am I to blame for your technical difficulties. I've been here for almost 20 minutes now and they've told everyone here that none of us have insurance benefits to fill any meds???? How??? How do none of us have any. Just get your RX filled at another Walgreens, this isn't worth it.UPDATE: please tell me why it took speaking to the actual pharmacist for them to let me know that it's an issue on their part and my insurance's company has put out a notice that they're also having technical difficulties. How did everyone miss this notice? The level of unprofessionalism is ridiculous. I had multiple people shrug me off and shut me down. After I pick up my meds I will never be returning to this trash location.

5122 Hull Street Rd, this is my favorite pharmacy and now I had to travel by Uber to bring my medication and I told the lady who helped me and she immediately began to place the order for my medication... She was so helpful and attentive... I don't have her name, but I do have a small red-handed photo... So thank you sir ??? 5 stars for her
