Was hung up on twice, was accused of being rude..after waiting almost 30 minutes for the pharmacy to pick up. They have made mistakes filling prescriptions, filling wrong dosages, etc This used to be a great pharmacy. Sadly it has gone downhill.

5 stars while the male head pharmacist was there for all those years. He was amazingly efficient, kind, caring and that place was well run. Now, one could actually sit at the drive through window for 49 minutes without ever being acknowledged. Many, but not all, of the employees are rude, purposely ignore you and are often disengaged completely. I love when someone acts as if they don't see you, so they won't look up to make eye contact, because if they do, then they're committed to having to say something to you. I realize it is short-staffed; just learn to do the best you can. Let customers know you see them and will be with them as soon as possible.

If i could rate them a negative 1-5, i would. This is the worst pharmacy ever. Most of the people there are rude. No customer service skills. Information is provided to them at the beginning, yet they continue to ask for the same information. Secondly, when they keep telling you the same information, they can't tell you why. Apparently, they have a disconnected system. They definitely have a bunch of incompetent people working there.

Truly the absolute worst pharmacy in all of Midlo/RVA!They randomly close in early afternoon without any notice. They have no idea how to work a phone, apparently, because they never, EVER ANSWER, and they have zero idea that there's even an app for Walgreens, and declare "it's not my problem " when you ask about ordering refills in the app, or anything at all regarding the app.Stop directing customers to use an app your staff is completely ignorant about.Either ditch the stupid app or, I don't know, TRAIN TOUR STAFF! ?Always pathetic excuses for really substandard service. In A nutshell, they suck. How are they still in business?

a customer service associate named Mary Carson yelled at me over the phone for asking if you guys had received my prescription. I asked to speak to her manager and she hung up on me. completely awful girl she is

I had to review this Walgreens because the pickup experiences I've had were truly top tier. First, I did an online photo order and my pictures were ready in like 5 mins.Second interaction was with actual merchandise. I ordered some items online and was able to use a discount code... love that but it was late at night so I couldn't pick up immediately which was totally fine. The items were ready early in the morning. I did the pickup at the photo counter and the employee stopped what she was doing to take care of me super quickly. I appreciate the service.

Amber was so helpful and patient! I was trying to do a short notice picture print but the kiosk wasn't cooperating very well. The clarity wasn't quite there and editing feature was not cooperating. Along comes Amber. She started to help me with the online method and the pictures came out fantastic. I believe the staff makes all of the difference in any company. I'm glad I stopped at this location!!!!

Went for rapid Covid test. Simple, easy streamlined process. Didn't get out of car. Complete on line form, set your appointment and go through drive through.

shot was at 4:15, got off early. could've kept working since I was in line for 20 minutes. had to fill out paper work that should've been recommended to download and bring in. didn't get injection until 4:40. the young lady wrote on my card before we even got injections, which really, you could've just left without getting it. the pharmacist that gave the injection should've wrote on cards after the injection was given. the lady at window didn't give anyone their prescription paper. the first shot experience here was great with the other pharmacist & he took time to tell me how they mix the cocktail before injecting. I'm just glad it's done.

Today I had a horrible experience at my local CVS. They say if you need any other items ask. I asked and they said they could not leave the Pharmacy. Then why tell me to ask? I called Walgreens on Buford at 20 Buford Rd and the Manager on duty Shanna said sure they could. She walked through the store, told me the prices, and took them to the Pharmacy so I could buy them through the drive thru. We tried using the ap from our phone but it just would not work. Thank you Shanna! The world needs alot more people who go above and beyond just like you.
