If I could give a zero rating I would. Had appointment to view vehicle, travelled a long distance to Richmond to view this car. Communicated and confirmed the appointment with Ramdeep and Mike in the morning. When we arrived our arrival was met with awkward mutterings between the sales team. My wife suspected something was not right, they seemed confused we were there, told to wait for 10 minutes and met with 3 different sales people, finally got to see the vehicle, whilst we were inspecting it suddenly the sales guy tells me to stop as the vehicle is sold ?? Just not good practise, we concluded due to the obvious awkward greeting they had already sold the car but didn't tell us. Just a lot of wasted time, as a side note, the car showed a clean car fax report no accidents, but had a very obvious bad re-spray on the front wing, so don't assume the carfax has reported everything, and don't expect the sales guy to be honest and point this out, buyer beware !

This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle, the salesman Josh was very accommodating and helpful. Haley Volvo was recommended to me by my father and they didn’t let us down. This is our 3rd vehicle purchase from the Haley Auto group and I’m sure I’ll be back in the future to purchase.
P.S. ask for Josh! He’s THAT guy!

I had a really positive experience working with Volvo of Richmond. I found that their staff + Christina the sales manager were honest above everything. This is extremely refreshing in a sometimes high pressure sales environment where what's said isn't always what's real. Highly recommended will work with again.

This is my first time getting service at w. Broad location, usually i go to midlothian location. I was very pleased and felt valued also at this location. But my new volvo friend Wade went over and beyond just showing me all my features on my 2019 s60, I never knew I had. He even got my volvo phone app working. Omg. The crew here is awesome. Will be back because they made me feel appreciated and valued as a volvo owner
