Camille Price assisted in the setup of my new service. She was quite friendly and very accommodating to my scheduled appointment time (I was ill-prepared earlier) and she graciously rescheduled later in the day to assist me. She is a wonderful rep and I highly recommend Skywire!

I had an issue with my Direct TV Box and I called Skywire today,03/15/24 and a gentleman by the name of Grady responded to me about what could be the problem and the resolution. He knew my circumstance as I am due to be out of town and he would call me the same afternoon to see if the TV could be rebooted. He was able to squeeze and schedule a technician to resolve the issue the next day, tomorrow. He was informed, efficient, courteous, and really restored my faith in what customer service should be with all companies. As I worked over 40 years in a service industry, I consider to be qualified to assess excellent customer service and this representative, Grady rates the highest in a rating of his handling my problem.

I am new to SkyWire, and I am so thankful that Camille P was my contact! She was very knowledgeable, and I especially admired that her favorite part of the job is deep dive troubleshooting (I'm a talker, and while we were waiting for connections to load, I asked her what her what she liked most!). Had issues with my internet going in and out and I work from home but I was able to connect with Shelby who gave me insight as to why and fixed my router issues. In a moment that can be very frustrating it was great to have someone take time to troubleshoot and solve. Awesome customer service from her.

This is truly the worst service I have experienced in my life. I am paying $60 dollars a month for 10mps download and 7mps upload. At this point I'm not even mad anymore, I am disappointed. I have called and called, but absolutely nothing has change. Truly the worst internet service imaginable. This is what defeat feels like.
