An amazing team! Everyone in this medical oficina is very kind and patient. Always prepared. They take the time work with patients schedule, answer any questions and help solve them. The Doctors and the nurses are very caring. They have so much knowledge and compassion. I felt at home and very comfortable with all my pregnancy visits. They made sure my baby and I were well taken care of and in good health. The birthing process was ideal at labor and delivery. The nurses where so loving and caring. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and able to deliver with ease. It was an amazingly magnificent experience. I felt safe!

Dr. Billett was the most insensitive, rude physician I have ever encountered. Before he even examined me or listened fully to my situation he said he knew what was wrong. He then made a comment about the fact that I’m not on birth control. He examined me for a total of about 60 seconds before telling me what he initially thought had to be the cause for my situation. I tried explaining that I know my body and that I really did not think his diagnosis was accurate. He told me that I should have come in sooner and he would have been more sure. He did not want to hear what I had to say. His bedside manner and willingness to listen to his patient was nonexistent. When a patient comes in and is frightened about something going on, the last thing they need is someone judging them and dismissing them. Terrible.

horrible experience i almost died having my baby here doctor Draper seen her for years after that horrible birth experience i start seeing someone new at the practice i guess she caught on and now they are saying i can't come back to this practice i find that very upsetting and unfair including i didn't decide to continue with charges and a lawsuit all i did was switch doctors but i guess they all stick together like that and it's fine to treat people unfair because i could of died she treated me horrible my whole pregnancy didn't take anything seriously and also the manager she's no better she's a nasty lady and doesn't respond to any calls or to try to get a understanding of the patients needs they truly don't care about you here they just want your money !

Thank you to Dr, Hartle for truly listening to my concerns and being willing to treat. You have always valued your patient’s thoughts and feelings and you continue to do so—putting your patients first. That’s why I drive 2 hours to see Dr. Hartle and the other stellar medical providers at VPFW.

I have been a patient of this practice for 30+ years and last year had a routine office visit which I was billed for( covered 100% by ins). When I called the office they told me that it was denied by my insurance. I then called Cigna and they told me that it had ALREADY been paid. I called back VPFW and they told me it was not received. They promptly sent me (apparently) to collections. I called several weeks later and was told I had a zero balance on my account. Fast forward a year later when I am to make my annual appointment and find out my "account" was on hold for legal fees!! Spoke to Ryan and Chinobu in accounting and they were very rude...admittedly I was angry myself at the thought that they werent considering the unfairness of this situation. I later called Cigna and they told me they spoke directly to the billing department and had this resolved months ago. A patient of more than 30 years, very disappointing indeed.

The most knowledgeable, caring and considerate people. I'm so glad I found this practice. Dr. Dougal is an amazing physician who respects every aspect of her patients. I can't describe how accepting of an environment she creates.

I just had one of the most unprofessional and hurtful experiences with Dr. Ashby today. I’ve been seeing her regularly for a few years and the last two years more often because of pregnancies (the last one 8 months ago).I called yesterday to make an appointment with her because my therapist had recommended that I try a medication. I get a call from her nurse Whitney, that Dr. Ashby won’t see me because it’s been too long since my annual and that I needed to see my primary Doctor. I don’t have a primary physician, which I think is pretty common for a lot of women. I was confused as to why my doctor whom I’ve seen for several years and pregnancies, someone I felt I could trust and knows my history, would send me off to someone else. Especially when it involved my mental health concerns.I showed up for my appointment this morning and they told me it was with another Doctor at the different location and I said no I’d like to speak with Dr. Ashby.She finally saw me and blamed the “confusion” on my insurance possibly not paying for the visit and that her nurse probably “didn’t know it was me on the phone.” No one called me to give me the option to pay out of pocket or to weigh my options and they would’ve seen me if they had remembered who I was? So only some people get the proper patient care? It was complete laziness on her part because she didn’t want to “jump through hoops” for the insurance company. I’ve never felt so disrespected. I will not being going back to see her. I’m writing this review so that women who are looking for a physician would look elsewhere. While she may seem friendly and relatable, she does not have your best interest at heart.
