  Caroline Juran, Executive Director, is rude to the public and has no clue about HIPAA. OIG and HHR need to audit and remove those who do not perform the job for which the taxpayers pay. The public deserves better from agencies such as this which exist to protect and serve the taxpayers.

  They never answer the phones or emails and give people the run around. Very horrible customer service!

  NO BODY PICK UP THE PHONE AND IT TAKES WEEKS FOR THEM TO ANSWER EMAILS!!!!
