I called a couple minutes before I went in for an inspection asking if they had any time slots open they said to walk right in. I arrive asking for my car to be inspected. A rude man approaches me and turns me away saying that his inspection guy wasn’t there today. I explained that I had just called and he disrespectfully dismissed me saying I was in the wrong and to come back tomorrow “maybe he’ll be here maybe he won’t” and continued to yap while I walked outI would have understood if an emergency came up and the inspector needed to leave immediately or something related, but the way that the situation was handled was uncalled for and unprofessional.

Took my car in for a oil pan replacement and came back with more problems than I had before. They kept saying it was something different each time and after spending money for each recommendation, the problem was still not fixed. They said "bring the car back to us if you have any issues" in which I did. They kept charging me and could not resolve the issue. I then took my car to the dealership service department and within ten minutes they found and repaired the issue. The mechanic at Victoy Lane did not install the oil filter and cap correctly. I asked Victory Lane to reimburse me since it was their error and they declined. I will not be going back.

Wow! Reliable service, wonderful customer care, top notch mechanics. I had a 2018 Camry with water damage from a 5 gallon jug. The whole car smelled like mould for months. Took the car to several mechanics, mobile mechanics. So happy to say after taking my car to Victory, it no longer smells!Just standing at the counter waiting to drop the keys off you can hear how much the people who work there care about getting a job well done. The price wasn’t absolutely ridiculous, dealerships wanted to charge me 10x’s the price. Highly recommend Victory Lane Auto Sales for all mechanic work, reliable service, and any minor repairs.

My friend told us about Victory Lane, she gave us the number and we called and brought in our 2014 Jeep Patriot, they gave a free diagnostic and they told exactly what was wrong, and how much it will cost. My husband came home and discussed it w me. We dropped it off last night and had it bk early this afternoon! The price you can't beat! The owners and family were priceless! God bless some real true American neighbors! We are going to bring our cars there from now on! They actually saved us! Thank you Sean and Phyllis

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They were recommended to us by discount tire as a place to get an alignment after replacing tires. Both my husband I used this shop to get alignments and we are both having issues with uneven wear. So after just 1 year I had to replace my back two tires. I didn’t suspect foul play the first time, replaced my tires and came back here for another alignment per the tire shop recommendation. We have since moved and upon inspection I was told that again my tires have worn down to the cords only after a year of use. The new shop also said the car looks as though it has never had an alignment done. No metal showing through on the rusty bolts in the back. The new shop owner said there was no way any alignment had been done on this thing in years and said he believed I was scammed. So now I’m replacing tires again and my husband has to as well. Discount tire also received numerous other complaints about this shop from other customers and is no longer recommending them. Its so disheartening to find this out because I paid the money and trusted this shop to do what they said, twice, and they have scammed me. They should be ashamed of themselves. I highly advise staying clear of this shop.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. Found out over the course of a couple years/a couple tire changes that they were never doing the alignments I paid for. They said they did and I paid in full for a 4 wheel alignment. The new shop I took it to said there is no indication that the bolts on the back have ever been touched. These people should be ashamed of themselves scamming people out of their money. I thought there was something wrong with my suspension, I just couldn't figure out why my tires kept wearing funny even after the alignment. This shop has been scamming me! Don't trust them.

Great service! Fast and friendly! Happy they moved to new location as they are closer to my home!Update: The owners are very friendly and fair in their pricing. They try to beat competition by $30. Come and give them a chance on your vehicle. I have trusted them numerous times with both of our vehicles over the years. I have recommended them to friends, who have also been pleased with their service!

I have been here several times and always get the same exceptional service. Today I took my daughters car in for front wheel vibration and swooshing sound on turns. Phyllis was wonderful, personal and professional.. the team was able to diagnose the problems and did all they could to get the best price for the repairs.. Very thankful we didn’t need heater coil repair/ replacement ??. Honest and knowledgeable.. I would highly recommend and will continue to go there for automotive needs..

I have been there twice great service, I prefer a family owned business where you are treated fair. I would not hesitate to recomend. I will definitely be back!They have an amazing collection of Artic Cat vintage snowmobiles that remind me of winter in New England. The snow and fried clams are the only things I miss from the north.

***CONSUMERS BEWARE***Absolutely the worst experience, took my vehicle in for a steering gear replacement and disk break upgrade. 10K+ later my classic vehicle left with more problems than it had when I dropped it off for example:1. 2ea distoyed ball joints2. No reverse lights3. Power steering pump dipstick completely melted4. Lose ball joint bolts5. No emergency break6. Don't bother taking your vehicle here this place is absolut garbage. Let's look at the facts of the case. I called this operation a few week ago and asked the lady that answered the phone turned out to be the owners wife or co owner etc. told her I had issues with my old pickup door not closing due to someone replacing the hinge rod the door wrong. They assured me they could fix it so I dropped my truck off. They never gave me a price and I never asked which is typical but figured it would be a normal price to fix that they needed too. They called a few hours later and I was surprised the owner wife lady said my truck was ready. I was excited and thanked them very much for the prompt service and she told me the price and I never eve questioned it. I drove up a few hours later to get my truck. Went inside paid the lady. Chit chatted for a few and even admired the snowmobiles inside. Then went out to check on my vehicle. That when I noticed the door was way worse than when I brought it in and unlike before I have a gap of about 2 inches at the top. So yes you can imagine that if it rains I would get soaked. Now I am no ASE certified mechanic but I can tell a shitty job when I see one. So I walked back in and told the owner wife lady that my truck had a gap and looks way worse and was not fixed properly. She said she had no idea and went to grab the tech. The tech stated the door was bent and I the customer needed to bend it back. I was like ummmm no that's what I paid you a mortgage payment to do. But they insisted that I bend the door back to fix the crap job they did. I said whatever and if you're going stand behind this crap mechanic job then we are done talking. I walked out. Do yourself a favor never and I mean never bring your vehicle here save yourself and your wallet and go up the street to more reliable and more reputable shops in the chesterfield and midlothian area. It have lived here my whole and have never seen this lack of mechanical ability. Hell walmart could have fixed this door better.

I've been using victory lane for a few years now; I'm often wary of auto shops trying to pull one over on me and say that repair work needs to be done when it really doesn't. However, this particular shop has my vote of confidence. In my personal experience, they have been not only fast, but also thorough and honest. That is a really rare combination for mechanics.I was nervous taking my car in after recent negative reviews, thinking maybe things had changed around there, but when i took my car in for the state inspection, they notified me of everything and only stated problems that I already knew existed with my car. Some repair work is by nature more expensive (i.e. welding), and these wonderful humans do that work at their standard labor cost. People who are angry often have the loudest voices. Victory lane has done right by me once again, and I will continue to be a loyal customer as long as that is true.Services: Exhaust
